I had been a loyal customer to this jersey mikes location since they first opened in London i would go about 4-6 times a month (drive 25mins each way) Due to the horrendous construction on Wellington I hadn't gone as much lately, well since then they've sold and the place SUCKS! If you want all veggies on a sub that's supposed to be a clubsub supreme #9 DONT GO HERE! I bought 4 Giant subs & my brother bought 2 Giant subs, they are cutting the meats razor thin and barley putting any on, the cheese was cut the same, so thin you could see through it (I'm not taking about the holes already in the cheese lol).

I messaged the manager who's email address i saw under reviews 1st cause I believe in addressing the situation before I write any negative reviews. Jersey mikes answer was to come back again and they'll do better. Sorry at the prices they charge now & the lack of meats on 6 Giant subs oh and I had a regular sub as well I earned through my points it sucked as well!

That's my review of the current Jersey mikes in the London location, I gave Jersey mikes london the opportunity to make things right and they choose to basically blow me off.

I don't give negative reviews lightly but this experience SUCKED

This review is based on one order and one sub sandwich so keep that in mind while reading. I saw a post online from a famous sandwich shop in Portland and it set me on a mission to find a similar sandwich in London and stifle this insane craving for a next-level submarine sandwich. I searched high and low and knew that this craving wasn’t going to be quashed by your regular sub chains (you know). There were a few contenders on my list of places to try and Jersey Mike’s just happened to be first. I ordered “The Original Italian”, giant, all the usual fixins, from UE (shout out to my driver, Karan!). It arrived promptly and when I took my first bite I knew this was going to be an experience I wasn’t going to soon forget. It was magical. The sandwich wasn’t slathered with sauce so I could actually taste the ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni dance around my mouth with the creamy provolone and tomato married perfectly with the onion slivers! Uhh, and the lettuce!!! The lettuce was, insanely, my favourite part - shredded and perfectly dressed with the red wine vinegar, oil & oregano. When I say it made the craving go away, I mean it annihilated it. It hit the spot perfectly. I was blown away. Now I must try the rest of the menu. Gold Medal Service!!!!! I was recently at a hockey tournament in London with my Son and my friend recommended this place, Our kids had just finished their late Saturday night game and were hungry. By the time we got there it was 5 mins until close, I was totally expecting to either be turned away or have service with attitude, When we arrived I was amazed at how friendly we were greeted. James Wilson and I believe the girls name was Sam invited us in and started chatting up the kids. The Customer service we experienced that night was to say the least " Beyond Exceptional ". James even took it to a level beyond exceptional! He made the kid's a bet that if they won the gold medal game the next day he would buy them a sub on him and if they lost they would have to come in and stand on a chair in front of everyone and sing their favorite song. Challenge accepted! The next day the kids won and went back to tell James, James immediately recognized the kids and said " Well how'd we do" They presented their gold medals and he honored his bet with two twelve year old's! You Sir deserve a Gold Medal of your own! I can't remember the last time I ever had service like you showed me and my kid's.
