Came here twice with 2 very different experiences. Oct 29th: We came around 9pm and were sat at the back corner with the pool table. Food, drinks, and service were excellent! Our server was an absolute doll! Cheers to the bartender that night! Oct 31st: Showed up around 9:30pm and the service was absolutely disgusting. We ordered drinks, waited 30 minutes and had to ask for water twice even though the restaurant was barely half full. Ordered an espresso martini that looked nothing like the one I had just two days ago, and it came out 3/4 full. We let the server know, she was the witch with glasses, and acted like we had personally offended her. Her response: “I’m just the server, I bring the drinks.” No kidding. We were simply telling her to let the bartender know to remake it. She came back 20 minutes later only to say they “didn’t have the liquor” to make the drink. So the bartender, either the woman in the green shirt or the guy in nurse scrubs, knowingly sent out an incomplete drink, or they just didn’t care. Either way, completely...

VERY EXPENSIVE Western Fair District Gateway Casino London Ontario. Match eatery & pub. This is the new restaurant just opened October 2025. You need to win big at the casino because you cannot afford to pay for a meal. The food does not justify the outrageous pricing. Example fish and chips for one person is $25 plus tax, spaghetti is $23 plus, pizza for one $25 plus, soup I think was 17 or $18 and you don't even get a piece of bread to go with it. Pricing is ridiculous this is not gourmet or quality food. Service is friendly, however, it is not customer service excellence for the value that you're paying for the meal. Go elsewhere or stay home or pack a lunch. The restaurant backs on to the slots and is open so it is very cold inside that restaurant. Friendly staff but I ask the bartender Carrisa what she recommended. She said the clubhouse. After a bit of a wait it came out. Unfortunately it wasn't very good. She disappeared and wasn't around to ask how it was. When she finally came back she was shocked I didn't like it and really offered no resolution. As I sat and waited for my bill the manager Marina was behind the bar. I had to get her attention and request to pay.She never ask how anything was.
