Terrible customer service. I placed a dine in order (2 July 2024 at 6:07pm) on the mobile app. As you will see in the screenshots attached when placing a dine in order you’re told your name will be called when the order is ready. After payment you are also told your order will be placed at the front counter when ready. I waited 30 mins for my order and finally decided to ask. The 2 men behind the counter ignored me for almost 5 mins before attending to me. I showed him my order number and he blamed me for not coming to the front to “request” because there is no way they would know. I tried to explain to him that that was not what the app asked me to do and he completed ignored me. He just took the cup and started to prepare my order (yes after 30 mins of payment). I don’t mind not receiving an apology for the delay but the rude tone and body language is unacceptable. It is completely ridiculous to me that I’d have to place an order online and still ask in store before it is processed but if that is the process it should...

I went there ordered two combos bagel belts I added cream cheese on the bagels. I live in Tecumseh and they forgot to put the cream cheese on the bagel which they charge me 90 cents for each bagel and they forgot one of my hash browns I went back there and I told them they asked me if I still had the food I said yes which was odd because they've done this before and they have always either gave me a complimentary cup of coffee or let me keep the food however they didn't let me keep the food and they brought it back inside and that was strange to me with this covid thing going around we're supposed to be on lockdown let alone restaurants bring in food from the outside back into the restaurant just for their sake. they looked at the food and threw it away after that but I was still disgusted I felt like they didn't believe me and felt like I was lying to them oddly I felt disrespected wasted a 15 to 20 minute drive I don't get...
