Deliciousness on all accounts. Fantastic options for various dietary needs, not just GF. Enjoy their use of real ingredients! Worth the trip, and if you can't make it, they ship! Awesome!!

Edit (2024): I have returned to this wonderful shop time and again - and have found the staff accommodating, polite, and always willing to help. Their offerings continue to be plentiful and delicious - sweets and savoury. They worked hard to keep their business afloat during the pandemic and through the ups and downs of a seasonal town, not to mentioned the constant scrutiny any food service provider is under. They have supported their customers and always treat them with respect. Case in point - recently a concern was lodged publicly about a customer who felt their AODA rights were violated while visiting the shop - the owners were completely within their legal rights and responsibilities to both broach their concerns about an unmarked / unidentified animal in a food establishment. Business owners have a right and responsibility to ensure the food safety and general safety of their product / especially one that caters to those with sensitivities. Having witnessed it (and many similar occurrences in both the retail food, agricultural, and front line health service environments) - the owners had every right to ask, and to act as they did. Professionally and within the legal and public health stipulations that allow their business to run.

Folks. Trish’s is a great place. And if you’ve taken this much time to read through, you can trust it’s great food, and it’s safe food. Made by people who really do just...

Date of visit: Saturday, March 22, 2025.

We have been following Trish's bakery on social media for some time now, and wanted to check them out. Everything they post looks delicious, and the owners and staff seem so fun.

We finally got there and weren't disappointed.

They have several display cases full of gorgeous and tempting treats. Everything looked so beautiful - perfect presentation.

They have cupcakes, cookies, bars, squares, cinnamon buns, and so much more.

They also have pantry items, frozen food items, and more.

Everything in the store is Gluten Free, and they also have a variety of vegan items as well.

We purchased a number of items including cupcakes, cookies & more.

Everything looked sooo good, and there was so much to choose from. The displays were still very well stocked at 2-3 pm on a Saturday.

Trish's husband was there, and he was very friendly and happy to provide information on their treats. Ask about their Bougie Buns.

Now...let me just state... i have never been a fan of gluten free baking. My experience has always been that gluten free baking is dry, gritty, and tasteless.  Why would i be eager to visit Trish's then, if i dont love GF? Because it looked so good, and i am also a firm believer in keeping an open mind.

Trish's gluten-free baking will put to rest any preconceived concerns you might have about what GF baking is. What we purchased were tasty, fresh, and did i mention GORGEOUS?

This is a cute little bakery worth...

You posted a clear sign at your front door that due to COVID-19 only two customers were allowed at a time, but you let a third person come in and attended to him while we were already there. Then, your employee seemed annoyed that we wanted our pot pies heated, did not wear gloves or wash her hands when handling or preparing our food or taking items from the display case, later showed irritation when my partner attempted to help her see the prices of her items, and tossed bags towards her and told her to bag her own things. Then, when I used the washroom (I'm on a med that makes it necessary fairly often, and we live about 90 minutes away), because I did not see the crumpled sign on the wall some ways away from it, with the washroom door open and no further sign on it, she yelled at my partner--and not at me. My partner didn't even know I went to the washroom. By the way, we were the only ones in the entire scenario wearing masks. You're way too far away from where we live for us to tolerate being treated so disrespectfully, and your employee spontaneously follows whichever rules she feels like. We like your products and generally spend at least $50 and sometimes a lot more, but we...

Recommended: if you are celiac or you strongly react to gluten, this place is perfect for you. They do not even allow outside food or drink while shopping. They have assortment of packaged goods brought in from other companies. They have two refrigerators full of gluten free items, such as waffles, pizzas, bagels, donuts, etc. They have a two large display cases. One is filled with housemade breads, rolls and savory pies. The other is filled with pastries, brownies, cakes, cupcakes, pies, bars, cookies, you name it. I need gluten-free, but my son doesn't. He wanted to try it anyway and he loved it. I had a lemon meringue square and I couldn't even tell that it was gluten-free. It delicious and rich. I had to eat it in THREE sittings. It was well worth the money. With my square and my son's cookie we spent less than $10, which is extraordinary for gluten-free. Fantastic!
