I don’t normally write bad reviews but this is going to be my first one, last night i went in myself to get 4 drinks for my family. Normally i would rather go presotea but they where closed so i decided to go chat time because they close around 10:30.. After taking my time and ordering 4 drinks and waiting patiently which took well over 25 minutes even when it wasn’t even busy the lady just dropped the drinks in front of me, afterwards i asked for a bag because one i have only two hands and it was raining outside heavily. I had spent over $30 dollars and on top of that added a $4 tip as a gratitude of appreciation because some of my drinks had different specifications and they needed to remove sugar in some. Then the lady told me that she wouldn’t be able to give me a bag and i should have requested one when i ordered because i had to pay. I don’t have any problem with paying $.25cents for a bag which already makes no sense to me as customers are coming to buy from you and some times place big orders. But then i told the lady that i paid already and even left them a $4 tip and and i did it regardless knowing sometimes the management doesn’t even give it to them so could i not get a bag worth $.25 and she refused. Then i got angry and asked for my refund so i could take my $4 back to use it and pay for the bag or better still give me my $4 in cash and i could use it to then pay for for a bag that cost $.25 cents . And then the other lady refused saying that they could not just give cash and for her to do the refund it would take time because she had to rewrite all the drinks “outrageous”. To which i then refused and told her strictly i want my refund all this being after i was charged forcefully to pay $.25 cents. After she then said she would refund me the $.25 cents, to which i refused and said it was ok after having made my point to how distasteful my experience was as i myself have worked in customer service, my only mistake was tipping and i wish i could give zero stars.. terrible experience and on top of that while i was leaving the lady then told me that she may have switched on of the tags for the sugar and non sugar drinks by mistake and i had to taste both to see because it makes a difference, and it was switched. I had to waste 10 minutes just to write my first ever bad review ridiculous. Bad...

Service struggled with running an app birthday coupon—spent 15 minutes just standing there as she tried to input it and scanned it over and over…Ran out of green tea for drinks as well which wouldn’t have been a problem except they neglected to inform me until AFTER it had been paid, and REFUSED to allow me to swap to another drink outside the 2 for $10 deal despite the fact they failed to inform. If I had known they couldn’t make the drink I wouldn’t have opted for the deal so now I’m stuck with 2 drinks I don’t even want because she wouldn’t exchange it. Fruit tea doesn’t even taste like fruit it just tastes like black tea… Waited that long for desired drinks that I paid for yet received something...
Read moreI received an uber order at 10:45 from chatime on Monday. When i reached at location to pick up the order there are 2 employees working inside the restaurant one girl one boy. Lights on that time both working inside and door was closed. They saw me but they didn't react i wait 2 minutes then i knock the door both ignored me. After sometime they misbehave with me from inside like the girl reaction is very bad. Its abusive behaviour. If the restaurant is closed why you guys accept the order. And at least dont behave like that. I don't know why the franchise hire these types of employees. This is worst restaurant i have ever seen in windsor. I am doing delivery for very long time everyone respect when i go to restaurant but this store employee behave...
