Alyssa was knowledgeable and pleasant. I ordered the full rack of ribs which were affordable over the 1/2 rack. There was a biscuit which would have been tasty had it not been burnt and rock hard, it was played with the ribs and garlicky mashed potatoes as a sude, so I didn't get to enjoy the biscuit at all. The mixed greens were delicious as was the low cal dressing which was more than enough and made the greens super wet but for $13.00 I should have received double the portion or have it offered as a side to replace the garlicky mashed potatoes instead, which should have been included with the meal for that price. The garnish of roasted beets and broccoli were delicious as were the ribs, fall of the bone and finger licking good. The only thing really missing were the wet wipes and napkins. You should always include the wipes and napkins regardless of where it's being plated and served. Alyssa offered the table bread which was wonderfully warm to almost cold by the time I got home and it didn't have enough side butter (one small container only, two would have been enough). Nice size loaf though. The Billy Miner Pie was a generous touch at the end. Thank you. I'll probably eat in next time, and be waited on properly as I'm sure everything will be piping hot, she was deserving of the tip though.

We always have a great meal at “The Keg,” but tonight was extra special. My wife, my son, and I were all enjoying our favorite dishes and drinks. When our waitress, Heidi, asked us how we were doing, I told her how amazing it was to be having such a wonderful meal together as a family. It was the first time we’d been able to do that in a while because we just got back from the holidays on New Year’s Day to a completely flooded home. It’s been a total mess ever since. Shortly after, a very nice man named Cameron came over and explained that Heidi had told him about our story. He paid for our entire family’s meal! I was so touched. It was the most sincere and honest act of kindness we’ve received in a long time. He told us that he and his wife own the restaurant and that it was the least their family could do for our family. Happy New Year from our family to yours! We wish you all the health and happiness this year can bring. Sincerely, the Potvin family.

My recent visit to The Keg surpassed all previous experiences at their various locations. Starting with the ample parking which allowed for easy parking and despite the weekend rush, we were seated promptly without a reservation, setting the tone for a hassle-free evening, The appetizer round commenced with a delightful tuna tartare and succulent scallops. The tuna, that was very fresh, was complemented by creamy avocado and crispy chips, which we enjoyed along with the tender bacon-wrapped scallops. The main course was a carnivore’s dream, as we ordered the prime rib, the rib steak, the striploin, and the tenderloin offerings. Each cut was superbly prepared. The well marbled rib steak took the lead, closely followed by the buttery tenderness of the tenderloin. The prime rib was a juicy delight, and the striploin did not disappoint. In summary, this was our best The Keg dining experience that I would highly recommend to any steak aficionado.

Walking into The Keg Restaurant, you expect a great meal, but when Sam is your waitress, the experience transcends the ordinary. It's rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism, warmth, and efficiency as flawlessly as Sam does. From the moment we were seated, Sam greeted us with an infectious smile that set the tone for the evening. She possesses an intuitive understanding of customer service, expertly balancing attentiveness with an uncanny ability to anticipate our needs. Whether we were indecisive about our menu choices or in need of meal recommendations, Sam's knowledge and enthusiasm for the restaurant's offerings were invaluable. What truly sets Sam apart is her ability to make each patron feel uniquely special. Her genuine interest in our dining experience, coupled with her personable and engaging demeanor, made us feel more like honored guests than customers. Her recommendations were spot-on, from the perfectly cooked steak to the sumptuous dessert that she suggested.Furthermore, her attention to detail is impeccable. This level of care and consideration is a testament to her professionalism.Additionally, Sam's efficiency and ability to manage multiple tables without missing a beat is commendable. Despite the busy atmosphere, she ensured our glasses were always full, our table was neat, and our needs were promptly met. It's not just about the food at The Keg, it's about the entire dining experience, and Sam is a major contributor to this. She has an extraordinary ability to connect with people, and her bright personality and exceptional service greatly enhanced our evening. In conclusion, Sam is more than a waitress; she is the heart and soul of The Keg Restaurant. Her unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction, combined with her delightful personality, makes her a standout. We left the restaurant not just satisfied with the meal, but deeply impressed by the quality of service we received. If you're planning a visit to The Keg, make sure to request Sam as your waitress - she is a gem who will undoubtedly make your dining experience...

With the massive price increases in their menu you would think your meal would be perfect. Hot plates!! COLD FOOD!!!! Went out with company, ordered a few Apps, calamari, tiny little pieces, not very tasty. Cauliflower was okay but cold. Ordered a 12oz NY peppercorn steak,All I could taste was charred peppercorns on my lukewarm steak. Veggies undercooked and cold. Only the fries were hot on my plate. My guests meals were also cold, one guest sent their meal back because it was ice cold, they returned in two minutes after microwaving, and the replated plate had less food on it than before it was returned. Tried some of kids chicken fingers meal, dry, tasteless more breading than chicken and also cold. Honestly Walmart frozen chicken fingers taste better. I know it's only chicken fingers but they should taste good. They gave kids a veggie platter which is nice, however celery was wilted and carrots were spotty and black on one side. Kids and people love ketchup, they should bring larger bowls when fries are ordered. They did comp my guests cold meal..however more of us could have complained but did not want to create too large an incident. Not a very pleasant dinner experience this time around. At least nobody became ill with being served under 165° farenheit food. I guess any meal you can eat and don't become sick afterwards is a positive. Might have to try the downtown location next time around if we ever go back to The Keg... or just cook steaks at home, at least meals would be hot and...

Poor customer service. Went there with my fiancee and the waiter was unprofessional. The waiter was actually trying to hit on my fiancee. It was very subtle. But nonetheless I was there to take my fiancee out for a good night that she deserved. I don't regret not saying anything, why let immaturity ruin my night with my fiancee. Frustrating when you go to a place you can only afford a few times a year and have to put up with that type of behavior.

I had been there before with my daughter and friends a few months prior and ordered the New York 12 Oz steak with mash potatoes and the plate was full and when I was done I was quite content and had enjoyed my meal and the night.

This time with my fiancee I ordered the same as last time (new york steak) and the portion was significantly smaller. The steak was smaller and I had enough mash potatoes that couldn't even fill a one year old infant. I finished my meal and was still so hungry I wanted to order anouther steak. But really why should I!? I only way 200 lbs. The one I ordered should of been enough, plus the keg is expensive. I'm not the type of person to complain, I just won't go back again. But I will right this review. I will never go back to the Keg again. I think I'll try some new steak places my friends and fiancee suggested.

This is my second review ever. Never thought I'd be writing one about the Keg of...
