QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Ontario

UPDATE: I did go back to get my Quesadilla and the Manager was very friendly. They did give me some free chips and Queso and a drink on the house. I did notice the staff was much more organized so I am changing my review. Hopefully next time the service is even better so I can change it to a 5.

ORIGINAL: Tried this location for the first time today and they forgot to give me half the order....my chicken quesadilla side of sour and guac. I did call and all they could offer was a quesadilla the next time I come in and he suggested he could throw in a chips and queso. What doesn't make sense is that I already paid for the quesadilla so how is this doing anything special for me?

I understand they were very busy and this location just opened this week but it isn't an excuse for a lack in customer service and forgetting half an order.....

Disappointed and hope they step up if I do visit again to get the...

Now the place they lost points was that the food didn’t have much flavour and i wasn’t blown away and hey this could just be me but it wasn’t really worth it for me

And another spot they really lost their point was customer service......i get it you are new and just starting out in this brand new location but at least know your promotion. And for everyone’s sake just talk to each other because your one rep offers double meat for no cost extra and the cashier argues with me. And i said i was here for the first time and no one told me and yes she came around but for me to argue with you as my first impression is really distasteful. Listen folks the place is great but you really win in brownie points like ...... customer service. Which isn’t that hard.

But yeah that’s all...

We recently had QDOBA cater a work lunch, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The food was fresh, on time, and was beautifully presented. The build-your-own bar was a huge hit with the team everyone loved the ability to customize their meals.

The meat was perfectly seasoned, the queso was a crowd favorite, and the fresh toppings like guacamole, pico de gallo, and rice really elevated the whole spread.

Not only was the food delicious, but the service was top notch as well. Everything was clearly labeled, the setup was smooth and efficient, and the portions were generous. Not to mention the friendly and helpful staff that worked to accommodate around our lunch hour.

Overall, QDOBA made our work lunch easy, enjoyable, and super tasty. Highly recommend them for any office event or gathering. We'll definitely be ordering...
