I was the only person at the drive-thru and they took forever. Normally I'm fine waiting as I understand things can be busy but this was ridiculous. It was 11:00 at night and there was nobody but me ordering. Not only that but when I finally got the food the guy practically shoved it through the window and didn't even say sorry for the wait.To make matters worse, The guy waiting to put the order together wiped his nose with his fingers and did not wash his hands, And neither one of them was wearing hair net. After seeing that I decided I wasn't going to be eating the food anyway, since I would rather have snot-free food. I didn't really want to say anything at the window but when I got to my house and threw out the chicken tenders they were cold, So I broke them open and they were not even cooked on the inside! How is it that they took so long and yet rushed the cooking process? I will never be eating here again, health code violations all over the place and absolutely disgusting customer...
Read moreI don't know what is wrong with the manager. I'm a Skip driver. I was there to pick up the order. And the restaurant didn't receive this order on their tablet, which is not my fault. I am trying to get the order, but this manager doesn't seem to care know what end up happening that Skip cancelled the order customer did not get the order because of this manager attitude I don't know why he's like that but you shouldn't have people like this, I'm face of a customer here so I should be treated equally as any other customer, but I don't know why they feel that we are any less than the customers I do not work for Wendy's? They should treat me as same as a. This person is so stupid that failed a simple concept that if you did not receive a order on your app, the least you can do is when there is a person over the call you can take it from there, but no he wanted on a tablet which is so stupid and now Would be without the order and the restaurant has to pay more so this is loose loss situation...
Read moreNot the most friendly staff. While trying to view the menu the person on clean up (mopping the floors) pushed us aside with the mop. I would think that letting the customer order is more important than moving customers, especially since there was no spill or accumulated debris on the floor. Perhaps an "excuse me" from the person mopping would help? The cashier was not very friendly and appeared annoyed that we wanted to order. The order was correct however the fries were old and cold. The one big issue I had was the cashier who handed me the cups had his hands and fingers inside the cup when he gave it to me. Nothing special at all at this location. Maybe better team building and management is required. This was not the best Wendy's I have spent my hard earned money at. I would not recommend this location due to the staff not taking pride in...
