Wild Wing Roadhouse — Restaurant in Ontario

We have ordered wings take out a few times. As we tried Wild Wings in another city and I fell in love with the Garlic Pharm Trio wings. . They are Beyond Fantastic. So we finally Dined In. The Service was wonderfully prompt & very attentive. Our waitress was Ashley and our Server was Ben. They are both impeccable and appear to enjoy what they do with ease & it certainly shows. The food honestly, is amazing. We had broccoli bacon bites as an appetizer they were crazy good! Very cheesy! Of course I ordered my usual, (Garlic Pharm tro wings) even though theres over hundred wing flavours. I just know these Rock! Each time I have them I cant get over the flavour. The chicken wings themselves are perfect. Ive never tried better wings ever and I have only select places I will go for wings as Im picky. These are a 10/10. I cant say enough about them. My honey ordered the Roadhouse bacon cheeseburg with Onion wings. The burger was huge and he said it tasted great the Onion rings Ive never seen any that size and it was such a fluffy light batter. I more than highly recommend every one I come across to try Wild Wings Roadhouse especially those wing fans out there who rate them, this is place to be you wont regret it. The drink menu had so many option's I was surprised the blue fish bowl is quite nice. I enjoyed it and the sweet and sour gummy worms were also a nice touch. BTW did I mention they have New York Cheese Cake. I didn't have it though we were both so full and we couldn't finish. The atmosphere was fun, great setup and space all games on every tv to follow and great taste in music. The staff Ashley and Ben as I said were impeccable and they are quite humorous and very much increases the positive flow of energy of the place. Wild Wing’s I would do what you need to, to keep these two. They are both a tremendous assets. They make it look easy in which case any one who has been in this type of service industry knows, its not easy at all. I hope you value them highly! We were thoroughly disappointed with our second visit to Wild Wings, especially after a fantastic first experience. This time, we brought friends who were new to the restaurant, but unfortunately, the service and food fell short. Upon arrival, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, service was incredibly slow.

Our drink orders were placed, but they arrived separately, with one forgotten altogether. When inquiring about nightly specials, our server seemed uninformed. We later discovered that ordering a pitcher of beer would have been more cost-effective than individual drafts - a courtesy notification would have been appreciated.

When placing our food order, the waitress seemed unfamiliar with the menu, frequently referencing it to ensure accuracy. Reordered drinks arrived, but empty glasses remained. Food was misdelivered, orders were mixed up, and after corrections, our meals arrived cold. Rather than waiting again, we chose not to send them back.

Our initial enthusiasm for Wild Wings has waned due to this subpar experience. It's unfortunate, as our first visit was exceptional. Probably will not be back.

UPDATE ON MY GOOGLE REVIEW: After receiving a response from Wild Wings, I emailed them last Saturday as requested. Unfortunately, I'm still awaiting a reply.

I find it disappointing that Wild Wings encouraged me to reach out, only to ignore my email. This lack of follow-through undermines their initial apology and willingness to address my concerns.

Wild Wings, I urge you to take customer feedback seriously. If you genuinely want to resolve issues and improve, respond to concerned customers in a timely manner.

As it stands, this silence speaks volumes. I question whether you're truly committed to resolving...

I hope to change my review in the future because I think this place has some potential, but I guess we went when it was too new, and the waitresses weren't trained fully.

We ordered 2lbs of wings to share, and had specifically asked for the sauces to be put on the side, and not on the wings. We wanted to try their spiciest sauce, so we mentioned a couple times that we didn't want the sauces on the wings. Out came the wings.. covered in sauce. The portion is also horrible, definitely not 2lbs of wings at all, and you get like 10 fries at best in the middle of the plate. We ordered 1 appetizer, 2lbs of wings and two alcoholic beverages.. we ended up paying $95 plus tax for that, which is absolutely insane for how little food we received. We tried ordering dessert too because we were still hungry, but they had nothing left, and the cheesecake was in the freezer.... the waitress even asked if we would want a frozen piece.. no lol.

The atmosphere was great, I just think the service and food portions need to be worked on..

Another thing to mention: A lot of the positive reviews come from people with the same name, or seem disingenuous, so pay...
