Wok Box - Downtown London — Restaurant in Ontario

I only have one issue,I ordered 2 teriyaki sumo plus double chicken from Uber eats, it’s def smaller then you expect, I feel bad for whoever gets the normal portion,I’m not Fat and I still find sumo to be what you should get as a normal portion, so basically I paid for a normal amount you would get anywhere else for extra money, it’s like they made the large(sumo) a medium and medium a small for example, so u gotta pay more for a normal amount. Or maybe I dunno some people short delivery to save money , not saying that’s what happen , but the ratio to what it should be isn’t . I doubled everything the only thing that looked doubled was veggies and sauce , it needs more rice and chicken (cause i literally paid extra). Those don’t look like they’re doubled at all, def wasn’t enough rice for the sauce cause it was very liquid. If your gunna call a size sumo+ added double chicken,I suggest you guys review the portion ratio cause it’s off. However on a high note, it was very fresh and tasted really good regardless! This is my first time dining at their downtown London, Ontario. I mainly go to the WokBox at the north side of the city just beside Best Buy across from Masonville Mall on Richmond Street. When I decided to eat at this WokBox. I said to myself, Wow! It is a lot bigger almost 4 times the size per square metre than the Masonville area location. This location serves alcohol and has a couple arcades plus an air conditioner during the hot weather days. I went here since I am in downtown and outside of the Masonville area. Food taste good and good quality just as the Masonville location ordering the chicken teriyaki craving for Japanese food. The 1 Star lost since downtown is dealt with the junkies, beggars and sanitary of this side of the city makes businesses look so bad. I dislike being encounter seeing the homeless or people I walked by going through hard times hence I avoid this area and went to the Masonville location for WokBox the next day. Ordered delivery over the phone. The girl was honestly so nice and went out of her way to help me with my order. She listened to me and understood my dietary restrictions and went far above and beyond in terms of service. The food was made fast and we'll. Fresh and delicious. Delivered super fast and really affordable too even with the delivery fee which was 6$ ,super cheap! I'd give this girl a raise. I ordered at 730pm on febuary27th and I got the pad Thai for anyone reading this. 10/10 would highly recommend and will be a repeat customer for a very long time. Service and speed were amazing and honestly I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much! 100% appreciate the amount of effort that was given into this. If I could id give this one 6 stars out of 5.
