241 Pizza — Restaurant in Orangeville

Last time I'm going here, which is saying a lot. This was a frequent stop during the pandemic because I could pick up a slice and eat in Rotary Park when all the dine-in's were closed. The service has become atrocious since then.

Tried to pick up a couple Detroit pizzas and they tried to add hidden fees that I can't see anybody willing to pay without it being posted somewhere. It was supposed to be 2 for $17.99 ($20.33 after taxes) but when everything was rung up they were asking for nearly $25. I also did not ask for any additional toppings or revisions that would have caused adjustments to the pricing.

This is after the last time I was in there and ordered one of these and my order was apparently dropped on the floor. They made up another one for me but my order took nearly 40 minutes from the time I placed my order to when I got it. There was also zero compensation for my time. Even a coupon for my next order would have been nice.

I don't mind a cheap meal from time to time but with 241 not offering quality food and the terrible service, I can say I will not be going back.

I really wanted to give 241 Pizza a try but they thoroughly disappointed me with a tandoori chicken pizza which tasted horrible.

When ordering the pizza, I opted for spicy sauce on the base of my pizza thinking that just like other pizza places this would be a spicier version of the regular tomato sauce. When I spoke to customer service on the phone before making the order, they also confirmed this to me.

So I ordered the pizza and it came with this extremely sour spicy sauce. It tasted like lime and genuinely ruined the entire pizza. The cheese was dropping off the pizza because the sauce was watery, and it also destroyed the tandoori chicken. Why have this as an option, tell customers it's like a normal pizza sauce but spicier, and then make the sauce just taste like sour hot sauce?

I hope 241 pizza can rectify this issue. Until then, I'd recommend avoiding...

The food isn't even that great.

WTFlock Wings (as well as this 241 Pizza) are the same restaurants, run out from this single building that you can order through food delivery app. There was an issue with the order and in an attempt to speak to them, they first told me it would be rectified, and when it wasn't; only to call back and get lied to, "Oh sorry too late!" I don't recommend this place to anyone, scummy and scammy service. If an error occurs, they will just swindle you anyway, and say it's fixed, but you're charged mega $$$ the next minute.

The pizza is subpar, and way too much money for cheese on cardboard anyway. You're risking food poisoning from their unsanitary conditions (looking at previous reviews, it seems as though people have actually contracted food poisoning).
