I am beyond upset with my visit here today. My partner and I came for dinner to celebrate our 9th anniversary after a long day at Blue Mountain. We were greeted at the entrance, told the staff “for 2,” and then got seated. What followed was absolutely ridiculous — we sat there for 30–45 minutes and not a single person came to take our order, bring water, or even acknowledge that we were there.
On a special day that should have been enjoyable, the complete lack of service ruined everything. We waited and waited, only to be ignored the entire time. Finally, before leaving, I approached another staff member, hoping at least for an apology or explanation. Instead, I was met with the most careless and insulting response: she told me she “did not see anyone sitting there.” Seriously? How does a restaurant seat customers and then claim they weren’t even there?
The level of unprofessionalism here is unbelievable. It honestly felt like the staff couldn’t care less whether guests were being served or not. The people working there acted like they were doing us a favor just by standing around, with zero accountability for completely neglecting customers.
This was supposed to be a special anniversary dinner, and instead it turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My entire mood was ruined, and I left feeling angry and disrespected.
Thankfully, we decided to walk over to Kelsey’s at the other corner of the plaza for dinner instead. What a difference! The staff there were friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was great, the service was quick, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for on our anniversary.

It took our food a surprisingly long time to come out based on the amount of staff to customers. My kids were all asking and very hungry. when it came out, 2 of the side dishes were wrong and things were missing. our server let us know for some reason it was chaotic in the back. Then one of my daughters kept complaining there were hairs on her ribs. not only once but twice. i brushed it off thinking it may have fallen off her sleeve or her own head because they were small. Next my son is eating his pizza and i see a huge hair sticking out of his mouth. my mother in law helped him pull it out and we saw it was blonde, and curly which none of us are. it had been baked into the crust. again we didn't say anything because we didnt want to cause anything and i'm pretty sure those pizza come frozen and just reheated so it probably couldn't have been there problem anyway but you can see where we are being extremely gracious not complaining. Last, my chicken fajitas tasted good but the sour cream looked kind of runny and was warm but i ate it anyway. now here i sit, very sick in my bathroom writing this as i cannot leave it. started with a rumbling gut and a bit of nausea and now it seems full on food poisoning...im so so disappointed because i have a lot of problems with food and emitophobia (extreme fear of vomiting) so i choose my restaurants wisely, 4.5 star ratings and up...i have no idea what to do expect call tomorrow and let them know either a member of their staff is sick and infecting others or the food is bad or undercooked. either way. this is terrible and i won't trust a...
Read moreThis location is quite disappointing to be honest. I’ve shown up to this restaurant multiple times with friends and the same server has shown zero interest in wanting to attend to us. Not exactly sure what her name is but she has brown hair with bangs. My friends and I have experienced many issues with her to say the least even though we keep coming back to give the restaurant another chance over and over again. I’ve never left the restaurant without tipping at least 15% despite the lack of service and respect. The restaurant itself has issues in regards to their last call and tell certain people their last call is 9pm and will tell others its at 8:45pm. I directly experienced this issue and upon arrival the host/server told us that because its 8:45 that they cannot serve us and I specifically spoke up and told them that the last call is supposed to be at 9pm. Another lady came by and confirmed that we were allowed to sit and order before 9pm. It almost seemed like a hassle and annoyance for them to have us come in to order drinks and food even though the restaurant gives you until 10pm to clear out and leave. The lack of consistency is frustrating and unprofessional on their end. As a server myself I believe its unfair. On many occasions our table has received attitude and lack of care or concern. Not sure why I have continued to show up to this restaurant despite their poor service hoping for something better.
