If I could give zero stars, I would Iâve never been appalled at a lack of customer service in my entire life. We ordered online for delivery for 5:40 PM delivery at 6:45. My husband had to go down to the restaurant to grab our food because it had not been delivered and they had no idea where order was or if they even made our order. Once there he asked for a refund on the delivery fee and the driver tip and was questioned by three employees why heâd want that when he explained that heâs no longer doing delivery and asked to speak with a manager he was directed to two people who are not the manager. Finally, he had enough said if he didnât speak to a manager, he was gonna be calling corporate. The manager finally came out, said that no one had called her and she had no idea of this issue. He explained to her what happened and just simply asked for a refund of the delivery fee and the tip which was $15 together And would like our meal that we paid for. She advised us that she cannot authorize that since delivery shouldnât be an option online which it is, and we have confirmation in an order number she said that all she could do is refund our order completely, which she did, but then did not give us our food she said if we wanted our food, we have to purchase it we said no thank you and we will never ever eat at the Orangeville KFC again.    Read moreThe customer service was atrocious. We tried asking about different meal options and were met with resistance at every turn. The staff seemed unwilling to help, instead repeatedly telling us to order onlineâeven though we were already at the counter, ready to order in person. It felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid taking the order directly.
Communication was also a major challenge. English was barely spoken or understood, making it extremely difficult to explain what we wanted or ask any questions about the menu.
To top it off, there were no other customers in the restaurant, yet it still took 15 minutes to receive a basic order: popcorn chicken, two sliders, a kids meal, and a burrito. No explanation for the delay, no sense of urgency, and no apology.
And the prices? Outrageous. Everything on the menu felt wildly overpriced for fast foodâespecially considering the poor service and slow wait times.

   Read moreWell for the 2 Friday in less then 2 months I have gone to Orangeville KFC and even though the sign says open, all the lights are on and the drive thru open sign is on, menu board at drive thru was on they tell me they are closed. Today May 15/15 I went to drive thru at 10:35pm and waited almost 5 minutes at the speaker without any acknowledgement I was there they finally turned the menu board off on me, even though their posted hours are until 11pm then I went to the front where a lady was cleaning and motioned for me to go to drive thru, got there and a different lady with a awful attitude told me they where closed. I said the sign says your open until 11 gave me a big sigh and said she would check if her cash was still open.... Could not believe the rudeness, all I wanted was a 10pc no fries or nothing.
