This restaurant is the most disgusting Taco Bell I have ever been to, and I am not just talking about the cleanliness but the service as well. Every time I go to this location I am disappointed with my meal and the way that the employees talk to you. It’s like customer service doesn’t exist over here. The employees are very rude and rush you, especially on drive thru because they only care about “drive thru times”. I think they need to focus on their customer service and quality of food before anything else. There has been times when my order was incorrect, looked disgusting or was missing elements, and I have witnessed other people also complain that their order was wrong. They also offer deals at Taco Bell that this location refuses to uphold because the owner is cheap and does not want to comply. An issue occurred with the owner being there and they were still trying to deny us the buy one get on free taco on Monday when online it says that this locations offers that deal. Then they rebuttle saying it can only be done online, which the application for Taco Bell does not mention as it does with other deals. I don’t know why anyone would want to go here. The owner needs to hire and train more competent and respectful employees and needs to put more of an effort into customer satisfaction. They are concerned with being on the top chart for service speed but lack actual customer service. And they do not make the situation right whatsoever when a customer complains. Just look at the various bad reviews, I hope...
Read moreI like to stop here if I'm craving taco bell and traveling north to visit my parents. I'm never stopping here again. So, I had seen an ad for a limited edition item and when I pulled up to the drivethru window I didnt see it advertised. Okay, well then I'll get something else. I wasn't prepared for this so I asked the drive thru person if I could have a minute. She said okay. 15 seconds later she said if I wasnt ready then can I come inside to which I said "I'm the only one here, no one's behind me", what's the rush here? I gave her my order and I drove up to the window, as I was paying she said something about a timer and she needed to finish my order. Okay, fine, I understand fast food places emphasize speed, but does it really need to become the customer's problem?? How does this foster good customer service? I KNOW I'm not the slowest customer out there, this was a fluke. I can only imagine how awful the staff are to a geriatric population that have trouble reading the menu and take a little longer. Shame on the employees for getting upset at the customer's, but bigger shame on corporate for putting them under constraints that put them in a...
Read moreI go here for Taco Bell. We all know Taco Bell. As fast food goes it's much better than all the generic fast food burger joints. But it's mediocre Tex-Mex food. So it's a middle ground. This particular restaurant makes better than average Taco Bell. They stuff the tortillas and shells with more ingredients than most locations. The KFC chicken is perfectly prepared to KFC standards, no complaints. Service is always accurate, reasonably fast and professional, if not particular friendly. The building is reasonably clean and neat, but a bit small, with a slightly worn/dilapidated appearance. But that's okay, it's got character, as fast as fast food goes. There's a huge, palatial, clean and luxurious McDonald's across the street, that's always crowded. If you want the latest in fast food ambiance, go there. But it's expensive and a long wait for disappointing, bland, icky food. Ya want flavor, soul and character (it's Orangeville, folks, there's not much going around there)...... skip the huge McDonald's line ups. Cross the street to the little, old Taco Bell / KFC. No line ups, and their chicken and Tex Mex beats McDonald's, all day...
