Grabbed a coffee from the drive through just before 3am. The place looked like a complete disaster from what I could see through the window. Stuff all over the place was filthy. He was literally kicking things out of the way and stepping over things coming to the window and the window itself had dirty objects all over the sill and that too was in his way. Absolutely disgusting! The guy took almost 10 minutes to make 1 coffee and he made it wrong. I asked for a 2 cream 1 sugar original roast. What I got was a cup of cream and sugar and a spash of a very burnt dark roast ontop. Took one sip and threw it out. Waste of my time and money. I will be calling...

Iced Capp is mostly air. I had a kid sized drink from Wendy's which was only 3/4 full and it weighed more than the iced cap. I actually watched the guy make it and he mixed it and it was the right consistency and then it over filled as he was mixing, he poured some out and into a new cup, mixed again, same thing happened, the drink hit the lid and he dumped it into another cup, mixed again. Do that added A LOT of air to the drink, giving him a false view of it being full. It's mostly foam. I've ordered this drink this way (extra shot of espresso) many times and never had I had one like this. So it's nice that I paid an extra $1 for something I probably only...
