Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Orangeville

Horrible location. The owner is CHEAP. When they make your food they don't even put the normal amount of requested topping per sandwich, its really laughable. Extreamly small amount of lettuce (usually brown too), 3 to 4 half sliced tomatoes for an entire 12 inch sub, 3 pickles per sub, and I swear they are using half the amount of meat that other locations use, the bread is always stale as well... really a terrible location. Never more then one person working. If you can't afford to employe more then one person per shift or put normal amounts of toppings on your subs then don't be in business. The other Orangeville location (or any other location in Ontario) is much better. Corporate really needs to investigate...

Mr. Sub never disappoints, and their Grilled Chicken Sub is my absolute favorite! The chicken is perfectly seasoned, tender, and grilled just right. Paired with their fresh toppings and soft, flavorful bread, every bite is delicious. I ordered online for delivery at this specific location, and it took and confirmed my order, upon, but noticing the time and date for the order was wrong, I contacted the store where I was informed that they do not actually offer delivery but instead use SKIP. The owner came to the phone personally to assist me in cancelling the order and get me a refund right away, she was Extremely helpfull and polite and actually really cared!
