Disappointing service as weekly regulars at Wing Wings Orangeville location. Tuesday, July 27th @ 9:05 we were rushed by a rude server by the name of Jackie, who had placed a to-go container on the table, and said "We're closed now" and walked off. I was confused as it was only 9:05 and we were just finishing our meals and almost ready to go. The other server had kindly assured us us to stay as long as we want to finish our meals. While Jackie was rude, short, and rushy. When I had explained that the other server had assured us she had no response other than to shut me up and repeated to say "have a good night" "goodbye" sarcastically over again so I couldn't speak my concerns further. I asked her for her name which she was hesitant to share and sighed "ughhh Jackie". Extremely disappointed in her lack of customer service, serving skills, and decency. Jackie is extremely rude, and should not serve if she can't communicate professionally and respectively. Also being in the serving industry myself, theres usually a lengthy closing-cleaning process to be done instead of ruining loyal customer's experiences and refusing to wait the next 2 minutes so we could gladly leave. Well this is a first. The first time I have EVER walked out of a restraunt. Yesterday (march 28th 2024) my boyfriend and I went to wild wings 1 other table of 2 were in the restraunt. We ordered 1 Pound of wings each. About 20 minutes later another man came in sat at the bar (regular I will assume) after over an hour of not having our food I got up to look in the kitchen no fryers were going no cook to be seen and the young blonde waitress was too busy flirting with the 50 + man at the bar ... 10 minutes later the man at the bar got his food .... after he had arrived 20 min after us. The waitress then said your food will be out in a minute... another 15 minutes and still no food. We paid for our drinks and left ..... they still had not even started our order. Will NEVER RETURN TO THiS POORLY RUN RESTRAUNT and let me add the owner I am assuming was there as he was doing an interview with a young man. No apology from any staff no nothing. I am not one to walk out or be rude to a waitress but, this was nothing but poor...
