Please train your employees properly. My family just got back from having lunch at this location. Both my husband and I asked for our subs to be toasted. Both were put in the toaster but the meat on both was cold. Now I know sometimes that inevitably happens. But the bread was not even slightly toasted at all. It was as if the sandwich was never in the toaster. To add to this, There were safe food handling practices that were broken while we were there. Also, the staff priced the kids meal all separately. I got charged 3.69 for the sub, 2.89 for the water and 1.75 for the drink plus a 2 dollar extra for the bacon for a total of 11.60 with tax. The kids meal(6.49) plus the 2$ for bacon with tax should have been 9.59. I asked the staff nicely they said they have to enter everything separately as there is no kids meal button. Read moreWas just in there. It was about 9:45pm. When I walked in I was not greeted with a hello or hey how's it going. She was talking to someone through her airpod in a different language. I said Hey hows it going and got no response just a dirty look. I stood there for a bit before she even asked what I wanted whilte still talking in a different language in front of me. When she was making my sub she through it all together like a mess. This location is the worst in Orangeville. Every time its rude service. If you want to get good service go to the one by c-line. As i go through these reviews there seems to be a pattern of rudeness. The owners do nothing about it either as this is a regular thing at this location. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!!! It was surprising to see that even customers who appeared to be regulars or higher-end were not treated any differently. While I understand that not all customers are the same, it's important for staff members to treat everyone with respect and provide quality customer service.
