The customer service here is so terrible that I will probably never order another pizza from here. About a year ago we ordered a pizza and had it delivered. When we sat down to eat it we realized it was made COMPLETELY WRONG. We called back the store and it literally took an arm and a leg to even get them to send us a new one that was made correctly. The worst part, they had us send back the old pizza. We had to sit in front of a pizza already made, starving, waiting another 45min until a new one arrived. Not only that the lady at the phone flat out cursed at us (using the f-word). We didn't order from here again for about a year. So the next time we ordered the same thing happened. Our pizza was made completely wrong. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. It was not spicy, there was essientally no chicken on it (like the reviewer below me said) and there was absolutely no ranch drizzle on it. So again, we called. We got the same run around. They literally told us there's nothing they can do for us. Even though our pizza was completely wrong!! They literally do not care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. Any time that I've ordered a pizzaor any food for that matter and it has been wrong, the company has no problem sending new food. Not this company. They must be seriously hard up for money and the people they have working there don't make the pizzas correctly. I won't order...

Was going to try them for the first time tonight but when I called to order my food I was told that the special I wanted must be ordered online or through the app only. I did not notice this on their webpage and since I was driving I could not stop to order my pizza. I asked if there was another special available for XL pizzas and was told the two large pizza specials. When I asked again about XL pizzas I got told I had to order online or through the app. I explained this was the first time I tried to order from Toppers and the will be my last as they really didn't go out if their way to help me. Just remember every time someone orders using the app that is taking a real persons job away. I won't use self checkout and I won't do the same for my pizza. What ever happened to customer service?
