Update: unfortunately, in the interest of being honest and refusing to mislead anyone, I must change my review (therefore I have deleted what I left last time, as it is not true anymore). The quality of the food I have received from this placed has declined very badly. My orders stopped getting processed according to what I asked for and/or the quality became too poor to justify the price (especiallly when I include tips). One of the last pizzas I received had no cheese at all in the middle of the pizza, so that several of the pieces were almost entirely plain bread with a couple of small pieces of topping. The replacement pizza had no cheese, AT ALL, around the outer several inches of pizza (other than what would typically be the "crust" area that usually has no cheese), and it had what seemed to be tripple sauce in random places with regular sauce in other places (I always asked for light sauce, so this really ruined my appetite). The last straw, for me, was that while eating the last pizza received from this place (on a subsequent order) my teeth were hitting something hard and unchewable that turned out to be some small wood chips that were in this pizza (I had examined the slice before eating to make the choice of which slice to eat, so I am sure the wood chips were under the cheese, out of sight). There was never any reason for any wood chips to be near my dining table or even in my house - no use of them and no woodworking or any other cause for them. I called Dominos regarding this and was told the manager would call me the next day. It has been weeks and still no call back. The issue was never addressed. I am completely out of patience. I will never order from this place again, my health is too important to me. I do not trust this place so I cannot (in good conscience) recommend it. In fact, I would caution against it. Read moreDomino's closed the Grandview location so I was defaulted to King St. I ordered online 3 medium pizzas. I waited 1 hour and called the store. Someone picked up and put me on hold. I received who I think was the manager. He told me that they ran out of medium pizza dough. That would be fine if the proper customer service channels had been taken, but no one called me informing me of this and that they just didn't bother to make my order, until they told me that when I called an hour later still waiting for the pizzas. He asked me if I have already paid I said yes and then told me I would get a refund in 48 hours. So here I am with a hungry 5 yr old and a 2 yr old and I am told no food. Doesn't offer a remedy what so ever! He puts me on hold and comes back on and said we can make larges for you, but that I would have to pay the difference for them. Are you out of your mind!? The a few mins later said he will make the mediums I ordered in large for no extra cost. Their pizza was good when it did arrive, the delivery person was very nice. But the people at the store need some sort of retraining. I used to order domino's all the time....

The delivery arrived at a decent time but was greeted by a man in a rush, as I was paying the order came up to 28 dollars plus tip which was the amount I expected for the one pizza. as I was handed the food I first noticed that there was only one ranch dressing, as I then noticed there was two pizza boxes handed to me. I tried to ask if he’d handed me the right order, rudely said he did and ran back to his car without any other questions. Obviously after looking at both pizzas it was not my order, so I tried to call and resolve this issue. After calling MULTIPLE times I had no answer, and no way of resolving this issue or get a refund.
