Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Oshawa

Store is shown as being open till 11pm,, this man was frustrated and trying to close and leave as we came in at 10:20 claiming his bus left at 11:04. Pizza sub was made with toppings first, a bit of tomato sauce lightly squirted on top of lettuce then what could potentially have been pepperoni on top of that (not even toasted) Then the assorted, again vegetables 1st, then random meat slapped on and sauce above that, he attempted the same with the tuna sub but I insisted the tuna be first.. can I add that he relieved himself numerous times with a big sigh as though he was making sure we knew he was angry he actually had to finish his scheduled shift.. he went and turned off the lights half way through our sandwich building and as another client walked in and one in her car outside questioning if the place was open.. This is an overall review. I go out of my way to come to this Me Sub because they used to be great. Somethings has changed and slow service is included as well. It is not just for one person yet this time when I asked to get change on my last visit for a bill that was $28.08, I gave her $30.10 to get a $2.00 coin back. She had no idea how to provide that change and did not understand what I was doing even after I explained it to her. When you bag subs and drinks, why is it procedure to put the subs on the bag first and put the drinks on top? This is everyone that works there and this just squishes the subs that are in the bag. The drinks are heavier. lay them on the bottom of the bag and put the subs on top or beside standing up so when you pick up the bag they are not squished or bent after you pick up the bad. Went to grab Dinner with my friend. We order two subs as we were ordering the male employee was bossing around the employee who was in training. He was speaking to her in a really rude way. When I walked out the store and opened my sub and had a couple bites, I notice the sub was not pressed onto the grill, I walked back inside and ask for them to fix the mistake.
