Pita Pit — Restaurant in Oshawa

This is in a great location, nice and clean restaurant as well but some of the staff I’ve noticed (specifically 2 ladies) seem like they don’t want to be there and aren’t the nicest when it comes to customer service. I’ve noticed this more than once and the last time I was there I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable being there because of one of the girls and how she spoke with me. Another girl that was working with her was so sweet but the one working on cash seemed so bossy. I’ve always enjoyed the food here and love that there is vegetarian options but it doesn’t make sense to me that there isn't a separate grill for the veggies? As it’s cross contamination and I find it so rude that they can’t even offer to clean one side for people ? Or even dedicate one side for vegetarians?? Like other pita pit locations. Also really hate the false advertising with the frozen yogurt showing fresh fruit in the pictures and then not being able to provide it ? Saying that we don’t do that. So why is the price so high if you can’t even make it how it looks on the picture ? Should offer a discount then or start...

I normally love this location I haven’t been for awhile and I was there yesterday and had a live bug in my pita. I have a video of it moving. I went back into the store and showed the girls that were working. One of the workers asked me if I wanted another pita ?! I said obviously not because I don’t have an appetite and no one would want it remade after this. I asked about a refund and they said they couldn’t give me one at the moment and took my number and name and I have yet received a call. This was extremely disappointing and very unsanitary. I’m not sure who’s to blame for this beetle/insect being in my pita but I think veggies should be washed better and workers should be aware of what they put into the pitas.

Update: still no response from the management or store about this issue. No refund, nothing....

Workers are rude. Order was made incorrectly so I came back in to ask for it remade and the 3 girls working tried to correct me then proceeded to tell me I was wrong when I have ordered this at ever other yogen fruz and it was made correctly with the strawberries not in the ice cream. Before remaking my order they prioritized making their own frozen yogurt. They then proceeded to top it off with FULLY FROZEN whole strawberries. She also basically gave me a block of cream cheese and it tasted disgusting. Do not recommend coming here and if you work in the food industry learn your job properly.
