I ordered online (like the machine says when you call) and ordered 4 large pizza's (any crust, any size, 2 topping for 14.99). I got 3 large 2 topping stuffed crust and 1 large with 3 topping stuffed crust (paid the 3.25 extra for the extra topping). I double and triple checked the order with family before placing it paying. Once I cashed out I got an error noticed and as I was reading it it disappeared (if was saying something about wait a min if you just paid because sometimes it happens). The page that showed my confirmation only showed 2 of the 4 pizzas with toppings. I IMMEDIATELY called after trying to see why only 2 pizzas showed the toppings. Literally placed order at 6:49 pm and was on the phone by 7:01. I called and waited 5 mins before someone answered and it was customer service who said because the order was prepaid they couldn't fix it and I had to keep calling the store to have my order rectified. So I did.. 9 times in 20 mins from 7:01-7:21. I even made it back to the SAME customer service women TWICE while trying to contact the store. The lady said the last time that when I call and hit 1 to speak to someone if they don't answer and the second automated message kicks in to hangup and call back and keep calling until they answered. I got to the store and tried calling once my phone rang so did there's and as soon as I hung up so did there's so I KNEW it worked. When i was acknowledged I said hi I'm here for pickup but as soon as I placed my order I got an error sign and then 2 of my pizzas didn't have their toppings anymore and I've been trying to call since a max of 2 mins after placing the order to fix it. He guy at the counter goes "your orders about to come out, it's almost done now" I said yes I've been trying to get a hold of you since I placed the order to let you know BEFORE you made it that yoirbsystem glitched. He walks away and talks to the girl in the back and comes back out and goes "ya so like I said your orders done now". The entire time sounding like I'm being such an inconvenience when I've literally dine everything I could to try and order the way they want, prepay so I can walk in and grab it and save them time.. been trying to call to fix their systems glitch to save then from having to remake a pizza so there's no waste, etc. I did what I could. So he goes back and gets the girl who comes up with the most irritated voice and says "can I help you" so I explain the whole situation for the 3rd time (customer service, the guy, and now her). I'm even showing her the order time and my first call. How long I spent on the phone until the lady told me to hang up as soon as the second message kicked in and that's why they were shorter) she tries to say I don't know we had 1 ring in the last like 30 mins. So I showed her again the 9 times I've called and connected and how long (timer doesn't start until it's connected the call) and said is this not your locations phone number? The customer service lady even sent me thru 3 times so your phone should have rang like 12 times for me alone. She then proceeds to say "oh ya that's right I was on the phone for 20 mins with the person who called"

Read moreThis is by far the worst Pizza Huts I’ve ever went to. Unfortunately, it is the one I live right down the street from and when I crave Pizza Hut (my favourite pizza place), I always decide to give this location a try due to the convenience of location - despite the several disappointments.
I ALWAYS get a medium or large veggie or triple crown with extra cheese. I PAY for the extra cheese and never get extra cheese. I hate really saucy pizzas but I’m okay with the basic sauce, but with added extra cheese. When I know I’m paying EXTRA for extra cheese, I expect there to be extra cheese. It’s gone to the point where I call right after placing my online order to advise them “Hey, I just placed an order. Please note that I paid for EXTRA cheese. I want to make sure I get it because I paid for it” I even have mentioned “I paid for it last time and didn’t get it”.
And they reassure me - sort of annoyed, saying they will. When I pick up, again NO EXTRA CHEESE. And they tell me they can’t put it back in adding more cheese otherwise it will burn. Because I order the pizza for special occasions and gatherings - I’m typically on a time crunch. Which is why I order ON the app, and leave accordingly. I don’t do this to have to complain, then wait another 20 minutes for them to remake one. If I pay extra cheese. You should put EXTRA CHEESE. These are photos of all the pizzas I’ve gotten from them, back to back. Paying extra cheese and no extra cheese to be found. I let it go first few times but it’s been far too many times with the same mess up. I had to say something here.

Read moreORDER #B0BB9 A whole pizza did not show up though Uber eats. Just left the bags at my door & left. You can’t call Uber, you can’t call the store. Uber refunds you in 3 - 10 BUSINESS days. And only the amount of the order, not delivery or tax so you’re still paying for absolutely nothing. I can’t call the driver, it just says wait for his call, I can’t call Pizza Hut. It just puts you in the endless loop of a head off representative that will have no idea what actually happened then 3 beeps, hangs up. So, I ordered a single pizza now AGAIN from their store on January 29th 7 PM & I’m waiting to see if paying for 1 thing twice actually makes it show up.
My real question is, how do you miss a whole pizza box & how does Uber stop drivers from stealing food? How can we actually prove it without wasting our hard earned dollars? Why can’t I just call a store & say hey did you guys forget it? Can you send it please?
Unbelievable, if it was a sauce or drink then ya ok I would understand that.
But a key selling item, PIZZA HUT, that forgets to deliver the pizza?!?
