Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Oshawa

We ordered a pizza with special instruction that they did not follow. There were spots on the pizza that didn't have sauce and we asked twice before leaving if the sauce for our cauliflower bites was in the brown bag that was stapled which they assured us yes twice and when we got home there was none. After calling in to complain the first person was rude and put me on hold for 15 min before hanging up on me and when I called again and got a hold of a supervisor they said they contacted the store and this store said we were lieing and only if we drove all the way back to prove it would they consider doing something about it. Long story not so short me and my family will never order from any pizza pizza again and we will no longer be using pizza pizza for our company parties which is ashame because before this we were loyal customers and I noticed that pizza pizza has responded to other negative reviews of this place with a comment saying go to their feedback site they would like to try and make things right yet after having to call them twice about it they did anything but trying to make this right the truth is they probably didn't help any of those ppl and pizza pizza would prefer our complaints on there site and not on Google so that future victims can't see for themselves that you are rolling the dice with your money when going to this location. Seriously...

I ordered 2 cauliflower crust pizzas, I forgot to add tip but was shocked when the driver asked for tip when I checked NO CONTACT DELIVERY!, I recieved 2 regular crust pizzas, after a few bites started to get stomach pain and called pizza pizza customer service, they said 2 cauliflower crusts would be delivered. When the driver came back he asked to pass through balcony! Then said the other pizza was cauliflower crust, I told him no and I would show him if it wasnt for this quarantine. He basically accused me of lying more as he walked to his car. Once I got inside It was 100%clear the difference between the crusts! Not only that, the gluten free ones (my family is celiac we dont eat gluten) were bare of sauce, bare of cheese (obviously on purpose) , and sprinkled a few toppings. I didnt bother calling back because I am disgusted and shocked!!!! During this time to be treated like this, my kids cant even eat the other pizza and we all started to eat it and will have tummy cramps tonight because the little bit we all took bites of before we realized.... and before you rip on me for forgetting the tip, I order pizza once a month, i planned to give him a bigger one next time. I was here at night to buy food on October 11 2025. While I was there I had to use washrooms due to emergency. There was no toilet papers in the men’s washroom. I pleaded the guys working there to help me by refilling the tissue paper so I could use the washroom. But no one helped me out. They constantly ignored me and finally mocked me at my situation . The guys there had no manners, very rude and was abusive. Forget all that, no humanity even. That guy literally said “go bring toilet paper from your home “to me. I couldn’t believe it. The guy who verbally abused me was a dark skin tone, and was slim. I feel this guys have done this abuse before with other customer. When they were doing all this they were looking at the pizza they were making as if from camera point of view it would look like they were making pizza and not talking to customer. Will never go to this pizza pizza store. I went to next door restaurant and they immediately helped me out. You guys should make sure you hire the right people or you will lose more customers. I have bought food from various pizza pizza stores. I still can’t take my mind off this incident . I was so respectful to your staffs , yet I was...
