I have always gotten wrong orders at this location that I've frequently used. Just now I was very very rudely talked down to by not 1 but 3 employees , 2 Caucasians (one male one female) and 1 black.
I would never use the Lord's name in vain but the black young man did as if to assume I was being unmannared. The first young man was lecturing me what I should be doing instead of correcting my order. The steeped tea that was replaced was with a watered down version. The black young man told me to taste it twice, I said I know it by colour what's in it. He reiterated I should taste it. I gave it back telling him I know what I should be getting.
Next was this young black man expressing going to church and calling out the Lord's name in vain. I took offense to that. The window was 'slammed' shut before I was to drive away. That was another rude and lack of respect to customers who aren't either Caucasians or Blacks.
Why is it that employees at this location are not trained on customer service instead?
April 23 2024 I had wrong order again and guess what? They PRIMOTED the employee I complained about to a Supervisor. WOW! I tried to put a review on here but seems impossible. Fast foreward 31 days later, I still am getting wring orders and no one not the managers not even the franchise owner/s bothered to callback. So for the last 31 days, this location continues the same practice with so much wrong orders at the window and NOBODY CARES!!
Shame on management and franchise owner that promotes their employees for the poor service and attitude towards their job and their customers. I just had a wrong order again 15 minutes ago.
BTW...I've talked to customer service by calling the number many many times only to be told it's escalated and I will get a callback in couple days...it's been 31 days.
UPDATE - Wednesday 29 May 655pm Same 'supervisor' was present at the window, Chloe, and myself and wife got wrong orders again an no writing on the cover to indicate what drink was made to correspond with the order on the screen. Why then ask what we want when it's going to get wrong everytime and worst of all, it a supervisor leading with poor example!! To make matters worst, a server named Nathaniel who is black, deliberately threw the wrong order in the sink causing a splash which i believe was with the intent to have some on me. That is so rude, so unprofessional and there's no manager on site. I had spoken on the phone to a manager Kirsten and was told there would be retraining and she would speak to the so called 'supervisor ' about this.
Just because I'm neither black nor white, I don't deserve this racist treatment from Tim Hortons or their staff. This is a recurring treatment towards customers due to poor training and total disrespect especially the disrespect towards the job they're there for.

The next day, Saturday morning 5am, late open, I was told to wait āļø a few minutes and then ignored. I now am still waiting and it is 5:10am. I feel extremely sad and uncomfortable š. I want a coffee but I don't want to go in. All he had to do was talk to me rather then shut the door in my face and choose to ignore me. I'm changing my star rating now. You would be surprised what communication can accomplish. Good luck to that man. It is now 5:24am. I've decided to go back to 251. That says a lot!

What is most disheartening is watching people drive away with their products, knowing that someone who can't afford a vehicle can not have what is also entitled to them. This is Canada šØš¦

No explanation as to the roll up cups not being provided for large size (not provided at all), no indication of which cup had what cream or sugar inside. Employees Yelling (screaming) at each other loud enough to disrupt the dine in guests in a very unprofessional manner, unpleasant faces, not one employee looked impressed to be there. Every surface tacky and unclean. I almost threw up when I looked at the floor and saw crumbs and food and garbage and dirt everywhere, under all of the tables and in corners and at the sides of the room and garbages. Thereās no way that much debris accumulated before I had my morning coffee there. It was clear that no one has cleaned or even swept there in quite some time. Last week there was no toilet paper in either womanās stallā¦..and I had to bring it to their attention as well as garbage thrown in front of the till (employee seemed put out that I showed it to them). Does anyone from head office ever do a surprise visit to ensure standards are being met? Disgusting and dirty. Why do I go backā¦..my mother meets her friends there (I drive, so itās not my call). I hate to think what weāre bringing home from the surfaces if we can visibly see dirt and food on the floor and no one bothers to clean that up, what is there that you cannot see?
