Quiznos — Restaurant in Oshawa

Customer service was terrible.I would even choose zero star,if that's possible.We made an oder of the Sub-Chicken carbonara and the lady in the store didn't mention she was using a substitute sauce while preparing the sub(as she was preparing the order right infront of us)When we took a bite,we realised it didn't taste the same way it used to and when we asked her about that,she mentioned it was a substitute sauce,for which she gave us a chocolate cookie as a compensation that didn't taste right either.we raised the issue to head office regarding the substitute sauce.After the incident,we wanted to make another order another day,the manager found out that we had raised the complaint to head office,he started to cuss and talk very rudely .Before we could make any remark,he cut...

Quiznos use to be good. Now there all going belly up. They cannot make a sub that tastes the same every time. The consistency is the worst. Sometimes is drenched in sauce other times theres not enough sauce, sometimes the bread is under toasted other times its over toasted. You would think after all these years they would have figured out how to be consistent. I guess not and it shows. Bye bye Quiznos in Canada. I can't really say I'm going to miss you. I went to pickup the order today, While waiting for the order i thought of using washroom to which the restaurant mgr said NO it’s closed though it says Employees and Customers only.. and i could see clearly it was open. I showed him this... to which he said, okay you can use it but sanitize it !!! I mean why should i do it.. He was so rude with No humanity.. Never going to give them business again... Pathetic...
