I ordered a Large Fries. The attendant, Restaurant Manager Ashmita packed the Fries on top of a bunch of napkins making the bag top heavy. The Bag of Fries toppled over onto the ground by the self-serve counter when I was getting some ketchup. I went back to the front counter and told Manager Ashmita what happened. I requested a complimentary replacement order of large fries. She insisted that the accident with the fries was not the Restaurant's responsibility and that I must pay again for another order of fries. I insisted that the Restaurant should provide a free order of fries to replace the damaged order of fries because I was still in the restaurant and I had not left the premises with my order. Manager Ashmita then said that the Restaurant had been closed when I had walked in to place my order. I told her that the Restaurant had been open and that the door was still open. I then told her I would complain to the Restaurant Owner and politely requested his name. Manager Ashmita refused to give me the name and told me to go ahead and complain. She also threatened to call the police on me. I paid for another order of fries then left. The Restaurant Manager was extremely unhelpful, uncaring and uncooperative. She was unreasonably personally hostile over a few fries, fries that are otherwise littering the floor in the restaurant's kitchen. Making a customer pay again is mean and miserly. Unbelievably poor customer service. Ashmita should not be in the service business. And she certainly should not be a Manager. I pity the people who...
Read moreThe worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s branch. Got to the drive through microphone the lady “Cora” addressed me as mam knowing fully well I’m a man I corrected her zero concerned given. I ordered two egg and cheese on a biscuit. When I got to the window I asked for an additional two. She was so upset she said now the car behind you has to wait go and ask them if it’s correct….. I ignored her I was trying to have a good day I simply said I’m paying I’m not begging they will wait…… she ordered one additional sandwich when I got home saw that my order was wrong I drove all the way back there and she lies and tell me I only asked for one …. NO CORA I asked for two more and I put up two fingers too….. she then tells her supervisor I’m lying on her. Orders the remaining one charges me for it so I asked is there a survey on this receipt she throws my food at me and says you can do two and closes her window……… she didn’t even apologize for her messing up my order and getting it wrong and the supervisor offered no intervention at all…….. Read moreThrough skip the dishes my daughter ordered dinner for our family. My order was a taco salad, but it was not included in the order.! This was the second time within one week that this is happened! I for gave the first time because I understand they’re busy, but that’s still no valid reason. But doing it a second time plus my grandson not even having a drink with his order was unacceptable. My daughter called the restaurant and confirm the order number and we did not receive a satisfactory conclusion with the person we were speaking on the phone with. The best they could do was take the cost of the items off the bill but here again I’m left without a meal!! Before the conversation could end the representative at Wendy’s hung up, therefore ending our conversation. There was no abusive language. There was no loud discussion. We just wanted them to acknowledge and make write the fact that this was the second time they had failed to deliver what we paid for.
