Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Osoyoos

This place is a new low, even for Tim Hortons. Firstly, don't eat in the restaurant... we were there yesterday and it didn't appear that any of the tables had been wiped off or cleaned. Secondly, the guy taking our order managed to get three of four lunch orders incorrect and took orders for food that TH had sold out of (by 1215pm... TH was out of Cream of Broccoli Soup and plain bagels). Thirdly, this place is cutting back on how much of each item is going into its food items and their prices are higher than what we would pay in Vancouver. When we pointed our shallow portion sizes we were told that it was the correct amount. For example; this place doesn't give you a full serving of fries... you get 12 pieces (or 3/4 of a bowl); a serving of takeout chili never fills the cup; and the chicken bowls... we ordered two and they were about 3/4 full with 2 tablespoons of chicken and about the same amount of cucumbers and tomatoes. By way of comparison we ate at the Tim Hortons at UBC 10 days ago (almost the same order) and every bowl was full. Lastly, check the prices on the website to confirm. I just checked four random location and this TH charges more for every lunch item when compared to both Vancouver and Vernon. ...

They messed up the order which I suppose can happen but then they asked me to wait for food at the front of their store to avoid the line up behind me in the drive thru, without realizing that there is a sign in their drive thru where you can only take a right turn which would mean to go around the block to come back into their parking. If you take a left instead then you are put on the oncoming traffic and then a sharp left into the parking. They are trying to be McDonalds without realizing that logistics don’t work when asking people to wait at the front of the store. Btw there are no specific stalls for people waiting for their food. Tim Hortons has gone down hill for many years so I'm not surprised this location is not any better than the rest. The drive thru lane wasn't moving so we parked and went inside. There seemed to be chaos over bathroom issues. The woman at the till barely made eye contact and wasn't paying attention to us, we had to repeat our order of 5 items 3 times. Hash browns were soggy and the donuts tasted funny. There wasn't a single napkin in any of the holders and for 3 people they gave us 1 napkin to share. Will not be going again.
