I ordered online for delivery. The food showed and had no toppings. I walk over to the place and ask that this be resolved. I was told no. If I wanted the food, I was forced to purchase them again. I double confirmed that I had placed my order correctly, and they said there is nothing they can do for me. Its like a couple dollars, you couldn't just given me a replacement for the mix up? Read moreWorst A&W location in possibly all the universe. Who puts pickles on chicken sandwiches ??? I ordered onion rings and they took them out of the fryer halfway through cooking them and doused them in their horrible seasoning to mask the half fried breading. The counter dude gave me a snide look when ordering the onion rings too, as if he knew of the impending torture I was about to endure. The beef buddy burger was pretty good for the price though, I'll probably get just that next time and save myself a trip to hell again. Let's try harder...
Read moreI bought on the app, confirmed location, payment processed, store was closed - at 6:40pm, despite the app, and Google listing their closing hour as 9:00pm. Went for the burgers or refund the next day, and had the manager be very rude, made me prove I was charged, no apology. This guy is in the wrong line of work.
