I find this place to lack Customer Service skills. Its just about selling food with no care at all for the customers that actual keeps this business open. We used to order here quite often but stopped for a bit because on several occassions when we ordered and was told 25 munites to pick up and my husband gets there, he was told his order has been given to someone else and he has to wait for extra time for a new order. We take it as its just busy but TODAY its a NO. My husband called in while we were in the area had a whole conversation with someone who picked up the phone. He placed an order and was told it would take an hour. While we dont live close to this place we decided to while away time for a whole hour only to get there yet again for the lady to say she has no record of my husband's order. Eventhough, my husband showed her the call log on his phone she claims she has been the only one taking orders so seamingly or implying my husband is lieing or called the wrong number. I guess this person didn't even step to the bathroom all afternoon and maybe someone else could have picked the phone. My husband says he remembers the tone of the person which is another lady that has taken his order plus served him few times. So clearly someone else picked up the call as the call lasted for few minutes and i was with him since he had to tell the lady on the phone to hold on for him to check with me if we were ok waiting for an hr for pick up. If customer service was a priority to this business they could have taken the opportunity to get it right with him rather than telling him to order again and wait for a whole hour for pick up, when we had already waited for the initial order we placed on the phone. How else would my husband had known the wait time for pick up was an hour if he never called to place an order on the phone and spoken to someone and then show up to pick up an hour later. Instead of admitting for the many times as they have done in past that they did not put the order through. They would rather waste the customer 's time and have them feel like they never called in. My most recent large order was on February 2nd, 2025, and, as always, Uncle K and his team exceeded my expectations. Even when I forgot my cash and couldn't leave a tip, Mr. Khalil who was on duty treated me with respect, kindness and helped me load my order into the car.

Yesterday my husband and l randomly stumbled upon this place and tried it out. Let me tell you guys, it is extremely delicious food!

My husband ordered the 1/2 chicken braii combo with plantains, while I ordered the medium beef suya meal, with extra spice.

Our meal arrived fairly quickly, as we chose to dine in. The chicken braii was perfectly barbecued with a lovely charcoal taste, and the marinade ontop was super tasty!

The beef suya was very unique and super delectable as well! I loved the additional spice that accompanied the meal, as well as the red onion ontop. It balanced the spice level for those who could not tolerate spice, and it added even more flavour to the dish.

The plantains were perfectly fried, and the jollof rice was very delicious. The caramelized onions ontop was a great bonus!

Our lovely server made the experience even better. Very kind and charismatic lady! She even informed us about the onion acting as a form of spice-relief. She even provided us with complimentary bottles of water. So kind!

Definately coming back to this place, and will be telling our family and friends...
