If you’re a pizza lover, Anthony’s on Wellington is the spot to be! I’ve been here a few times now, and every visit has been nothing short of fantastic.
The pizza is incredible – you can taste the quality in every bite. My personal go-to is the Gianni. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the combination of toppings is just next-level good. The kids absolutely love the calzones! They’re huge, stuffed with melty cheese and their favorite fillings, and always a big hit at the table. Honestly, my son says it’s his “favorite restaurant in the world,” and I can’t blame him – it’s a family favorite for sure!
But Anthony’s isn’t just about pizza – their sandwiches at lunch are amazing too, everything is fresh, flavorful, and absolutely satisfying. It’s the perfect mid-day treat and keeps me coming back even when I’m not in the mood for pizza.
It’s also a great spot for drinks! Whether you’re enjoying a cold beer with your pizza or sipping on a glass of wine, their drink options are fantastic and pair perfectly with the food.
The vibe is perfect for any occasion – a family dinner, lunch with colleagues, a night out with friends, or even a casual date night. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to enjoy yourself whether you’re with the kids or hanging out with friends.
The staff are amazing – so friendly and attentive. They always make us feel right at home and are great at recommending dishes or drinks if you’re not sure what to pick.
If you saved enough room for dessert, the tiramisu is absolutely worth it – a sweet, creamy way to end a great meal.
The prices are super reasonable, and whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, the food is always fresh, hot, and made with care.
Anthony’s on Wellington is officially our go-to spot. Whether it’s pizza, sandwiches, drinks, or just a fun meal out, it never disappoints. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out – get there and...

We were seated promptly by the same server we have every time who is very apathetic, awkward and dismissive. There is no regard for customer service here. Though they were obviously short staffed, there were still a lot of aspects of their service which are unacceptable and very upsetting.
We were seated and ordered a salad which came relatively quickly and was tasty, and then were forgotten. 40 minutes went by after ordering our mains and we politely and patiently waited..& continued to watch them making pizzas. Takeout orders were being prioritized and others who came after were being served before us. There was no reassurance from our servers that food was on its way until they noticed long after that we were waiting - right in front of them!
This place has no respect for food or for its customers. We noticed them serve burnt pizza to a young customer - trying to get away with it by cutting off the edges. It was obvious they wanted to avoid making a new one and even together contemplated not serving it. This is unacceptable and terrible quality control. They also re-use the chilli oil from an open jar that other customers have already used which is high risk for cross contamination - just use a bottle!
After our meal we received the bill and waited nearly 15 mins for the machine, with no proper server's etiquette and no appreciative farewells. Just terrible and absolutely...
Read moreI am not much of a pizza person, even Napoli style which tends to have better taste from the wood firing. But the family wanted to go and I agreed, suggesting that I would find something else on the menu instead. Unfortunately, if you are going to Anthony's apparently you are going for pizza as there is very little else to choose from, not nothing else, just little else. I chose the spaghetti and meatballs, I think there was one other pasta to choose from. The good... I liked the meatballs, they were decent. The bad... Unfortunately everything else about the dish, they don't serve you a lot of pasta, nothing wrong with the pasta in and of itself, but if you're paying over $10 for any spaghetti that is the size portion they served it better be handmade... It wasn't. The sauce, not bland, though it did require a lot of salt to make it palatable, it was very acidic, not well balanced for a basic tomato sauce. Spaghetti sauce and pizza are cousins, if you supposedly do good pizza, why not good sauce for pasta, this one was so acidic it gave me heartburn (thank god for Zantac). I say all of the above with a previous career as a chef and restaurant management. Conclusion, go for pizza, but if that isn't your thing, and yes we exist, you won't really get a meal that is as enjoyable as your dinner mates....
