Decent quality sandwiches however this store shares an open space with a restaurant which is a seperate business. Inside the layout is extremely confusing with no signage or seperation distinguishing the two businesses.

I bought sandwiches only to then be told that I cant sit down and eat them, despite the "restaurant" portion of the inside as well as the outdoor patio being totally empty. I said I intended to buy drinks as well and if it would be OK to enjoy the sandwich I bought from the grocery part of the store which again I assumed was all one business and was told strictly no.

The entire ordeal was confusing and extremely akward. Clearly there is some sort of disagreement between the owners of these two establishments which share the same floor space. Perhaps they should find some sort of mutually beneficial relationship given they share a common space instead of making paying customers feel unwelcome. Very disappointing experience.

My family recently ordered catering from Il Negozio Nicastro for a memorial event. Salvatore was so great to work with as he helped us figure out the best options to order. We ended up with the perfect selection of items and just the right amount for the number of guests we expected. Sal's father delivered the items personally and was also so pleasant and friendly. Overall we received outstanding service from this traditional Italian family-owed place. And that's to say nothing of how much everyone enjoyed the delicious food on the day. We ordered catering from the Wellington location and Sal was the absolute best. He answered all my questions and was such a pleasure to do business with. They were very accomodating with respect to dietary restrictions and preferences and our whole team was very impressed with the lunch boxes we ordered. The paninis were fresh and the salads were delicious. Delivery driver was on time and very friendly. He let us know how everything was organized in the bags and how everything we needed was included.
