A couple of weeks ago, I made an online order hoping to pick up right away once I get there because I was in a hurry to go to a meeting. So I got there at the exact pick-up time. Once I was there, I asked my husband to go inside to get the sandwich...he hasn't come back after 10 mins so I went inside to see what's going on and the guy just started making it. And I asked the guy "what's the purpose of ordering online if you can't make it on time?"
