I will not be returning to the Orleans location. (I will drive the extra 15 min and go to Ogilvie location instead) The service is horrible. The server had such a non greeting face. She barely understood what we wanted to add to our bowls. Actually questioned “lettuce instead of rice”… she replied, I don’t understand? Then she didn’t drain the beans properly, so our bowls were drenched with bean liquid. My son referred to his bowl as dish water. Playing the proper ambiance music would be highly recommended since the menu consists of Mexican food. Customers do come first!

First I ordered 2 burritos and got one and I guess he thought I said a bowl for Second one which I was willing to take anyways not trying to be complicated. I First smelled burnt and noticed my sons burrito was being burnt on one side. Next I get my bowl with the smallest amount of rice so little you saw the bottom of the bowl. I looked at it and brought it back to very unpleasant worker and ask him if it's normal to have so little rice and he says well usually there's beans as I didint want any. But regardless of beans the bowl should be filled with rice no? For the amount I paid it was far from worth it and will never go back to this location. Read moreI’ve been to this location a few times and always the same issues occur. While an employee is making my burritos and that of online orders, he reaches into his pocket to grab his cell phone (with gloves), reads or responds to messages with the gloves on and then returns to making the food with same gloves. It’s disgusting considering how dirty a cell phone. The times I’ve been there were only 2 staff doing orders, online orders, and cash. It took 20-25min wait for my single sandwich.
They are under staffed and they should also make better efforts not to contaminate their gloves by touching non food items such as cell phone or cash register.
