The Great Canadian Poutinerie - Poutine — Restaurant in Ottawa

Got poutine, positive customer service but especially in this covid time certain health precautions need to be fully followed and always mindful of. There were two staff present. So there should be one taking the order and the other making the food. Mask need to be on at all times while prepping the food(had to ask staff to recover there mouth and nose with the mask as they prepped the food...and speaking over the food being prepped. Follow staff present speak with them saw that their mask wasn't on and did remind them until i said something) for the safety of customers. We appreciate you being present to provide the service but management need to be mindful in scheduling(who is on what duty at all times) and training(washing hands,food handling,gloves) etc. Didn't take any pictures of my food but the poutine tasted good, they remained friendly but need to remain mindful of why they are wearing the mask and the need...

6 months ago, I came here with my girlfriend. Ever since then we've come here almost religiously. For many weeks straight we came here at least once a week and sometimes even twice a week. The poutine is absolutely incredible and with so many incredible options on the menu. The Canadian, chicken Bacon ranch and the WOLF are our absolute favorites. Not to mention the prices are also very reasonable. My girlfriend and I get the MONSTER and share it between us and are both full afterwards. They also offer mini donuts 👉👈 that are scrumptious. But the hands down undisputed best part about this place is the staff. The staff are the most friendly people ever, and always welcome you with a smile on their face. One of the best if not the best poutine place in all of Ottawa-Gatineau!! The food is amazing and always clean and fresh, the manager is top notch, and they are always coming out with new awesome poutines. My favorites are the B-Mac and the Sloppy Chicken (a new and excellent pick). But really it's hard to pick a favorite because so many of their poutines are really tasty. I've had the bacon and cheese, the Montreal Smoked Meat, the Philly cheese steak and the butter chicken poutines and they are excellent choices as well. You can't go wrong in this place.
