Booster Juice — Restaurant in Ottawa

I normally go to multiple booster juice locations, and I didn’t have a bad experience till now. Went to this Merivale location on 30th December 2021 night around 8:40 pm. And the girl at the counter refused to serve us Juices, she said fresh Juice service closes at 7 pm, but I didn’t read this kind of policy anywhere on internet. And then we went there next day too on 31st December 2021 around 6 pm, we were unaware about the early closing due to NYE. She was nice as she still offered us smoothies even though they were closing. And she also confirmed there is no such policy of not serving juices after 7 pm on...

Poor customer service. Rude staff. I asked for terminator which they explained it is discontinued. I asked for a recommendation on which would be good for me health wise as I feel a cold coming on, she just pointed to the menu and said that’s what we serve. I asked again in a different way for a recommendation for the terminator, she said they don’t have oranges. I told her that you are not getting my question. We bought a Mango Hurricane this afternoon, and it was freezer burnt with large chunks of ice in it! We ended up not even being able to drink it. I called the store to ask if they could offer to send us a coupon for a free regular smoothie, but they said they don't do that at the store level and to call Corporate. I called their corporate number, got an automated message saying that no one could take my call, and then it hung up on me. Now I just want our $8.24 back, so we can be done with it.
