Booster Juice — Restaurant in Ottawa

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Booster Juice, and I must say, it was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I could sense something was amiss. The atmosphere that initially seemed inviting was overshadowed by an unsettling feeling as I glanced around the back area. As I took my seat, I couldn't help but notice the occasional presence of small insects scurrying along the floor and even climbing up the walls. It was truly unsettling to see bugs so close to where food was being prepared and served. While I understand that restaurants can sometimes encounter pest control challenges, the frequency of these unwelcome visitors was certainly concerning. It was truly disappointing to witness such a lack of attention to hygiene, especially in an area that should be maintained meticulously. Regrettably, these issues with pests and cleanliness significantly impacted my overall experience. It's difficult to enjoy a drink when the surroundings are tainted by the presence of bugs and the knowledge that the back room isn't being properly maintained. As a customer, I value both the quality of the food and the ambiance of the place, and unfortunately, Booster Juice fell short on both fronts. It's my sincere hope that Booster Juice takes immediate action to address these critical concerns. The place's reputation relies heavily on its commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a pest-free environment. I genuinely believe that with the right measures in place, they could turn their current state around and provide patrons with the experience they deserve. Until I see noticeable improvements in terms of cleanliness and pest control, I cannot in good conscience recommend Booster Juice to others. I love booster juice,ive been a loyal customer since they have been established...Hands down Ive never had worse service on a consistent basis from any of the booster juices then I have at this location specifically from the same individual who works there.Im at a loss for words how he still has a job, he is miserable and rude.He makes no effort to smile or respond politely and I don't understand why he is still there because I can't be the only one who has noticed.Today for some reason I went back again because I'm stupid and to no surprise he was rude and threw my change on the counter without ever being polite or smiling.i decided to watch how he treated the rest of the customers who came in and all I could do was laugh...at least he's...

I LOVE booster juice. I have been going to the same Barrhaven location for a year. The variety and freshness is always so great. Excellent product.

But this Chapman Mills locations managment I find super disappointing and unpredictable. They often shut down the juicing machine for reasons: "my manager says today this is why": "it makes too much of a mess", "it makes fruit flies", "my manager says not to today". These are not business decisions. These are lazy choices and a lack to find a proper solution. Sad moments for my local store. Officially going elsewhere. Thumbs down...
