If I could rate this location zero i would. Worst customer service ever. I make a call around 1:30 pm to pick up my order for 4:30 -4:45 for two large 3 topping pizzas with 6 drinks and garlic dips on the side .they made me pay before I took my order then they give me my order and they tell me that one of the pizzas had 4 toppings which I was so clear on the phone that I wanted a 3 topping pizza so they charged me extra already for a twin deal that apparently includes only 4 drinks and 4 dips which I had never asked for over the phone. The owner made me talk on the phone to change the order for one of the pizzas so he could get his own refund while I had to pay full price for a topping I never asked for and for a twin deal that I also never asked for. So here I am waiting another 20 minutes to get my pizza and I was late to pick up my daughter from daycare. They give me the pizza and I got home and realize they forgot to put the dipping sauce that they were bragging about which was supposedly included in the twin deal..ofcourse I had to go drive again to get the dips. If they were bragging so much about the twin deal with the dips , then why did they even not make sure they included it on my way out ...honesty I spent my energy and 1 hour of my time today to get a simple fast food for my family which could have took me seconds to pick up. I actually don't write any Google reviews but this experience upset me so much. Worst customer...

I mobile ordered a pizza and had it delivered. I received it looking like someone had plucked cheese off from the pizza on various slices. The seal of the box was also broken. I called customer service, they said they would send out another. A few minutes later, I get an angry call from this store with an employee screaming at me, saying he didn't want to remake the pizza, there was nothing wrong with the pizza. He was very aggressive and verbally abusive. He seemed mentally unstable and said, 'you don't eat the box or the seal' ! I don't want to make another pizza! He conveniently forgot that I had my pizza DELIVERED so the tamper seal did matter! Awful experience, I have never been treated this way. Upper management needs to look into this store and the way they treat their customers! Absolutely disgusting behavior. EDITED to add: I love how the owner comments on every post like he cares. I did call your store to speak to YOU but they wouldn't even give me your NAME. And no apology either!! Absolutely garbage customer service. I will never set foot in your store again. And neither will any of my friends and family!...
