I have been to this restaurant several times and have recommended it to several friends. Last night i invited my husband there for dinner. Maybe it was not one of their better days . The problem was that everything from the tzatziki to the beef meatballs was overly hot. I love garlic just as much as the next person, but this was extreme garlic. For the ingredients for the beef balls, it lists, beef, lemon, origano, there are no mention of extreme black pepper (at least this is what I think it was). I had the lamb ball the last time, and it is advertised as hot, so I knew what I was ordering, but the beef last night was too too hot. I love hot food, but this was not what I ordered. The same think with the chicken, red pepper is not listed as an ingredient, however, when you look at it, it certainly gave the impression that it was somewhat seasoned with it. It remains a great place to eat. The concept is really cool and the staff very friendly. Since they are a new company, I will go back, because at the end of the day, they offer a very healthy fare. The only think they need to remember is that consistency is what people like to go back to, and if you are adding ingredients on your products, it should be reflected...

Worst place I’ve been to regarding customer service. Teens who are on their phones and giving lots of attitude. I went in and asked for half dressing on my rice and then the rest on top. When we got to the top asked for the rest, they threw a big stink saying that it would cost me an extra $3 for dressing. When I tried to go back and tell the girl who made my bowl, I reiterated that I said half & she agreed but then she said since she could put more on the rice that means I would have to pay for the rest. So they basically believed that I needed to pay extra when I wasn’t given the full truth. So I just decided to leave. And they were more ok with wasting a $20 bowl rather then adding the rest of the dressing. Seriously hope a manager sees this and maybe tells the staff to fully inform people when asking for half&half that they would end up paying extra or to just give it.
