The food itself tasted pretty good. No complaints, but nothing exceptional.

The problems are that things like ketchup, mustard, relish, ext. count as a topping for a burger, which you are only allowed to choose 5 online. Minus 1 star.

Second criticism is that there is no option for a normal bun that doesn’t cost extra. This is deceptive pricing. Generally a burger comes with a bread bun. I spent extra for the “brioche bun”. It was not worth it. It was mostly crushed and soggy and didn’t look or taste any different from a regular bun....
