Kouzina Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

Pizza tastes good but SCAM! My friend went there every time to get pizza ONLY but was charged for the drink and dipping sauce. She didn’t ask for them because she didn’t know she was charged. However, even though I made it clear that I only want pizza and I don’t need the dipping sauce or drink, I was also charged for them. And then I was thinking, sure, since I’ve been charged already, I would just choose my drink and dipping sauce. And then the funniest part was, they tried to charge me AGAIN for the drink and dipping sauce, because that was considered as my second order, not with the pizza deal. The two pizza deal is 7 dollars, and a drink and the dipping sauce cost 3 dollars. Of course I’m not paying for that. It’s so sad for this place to have great tasting pizza but disgusting owner. BABA APPROVES! I'm an old guy. I couldn't tell you how many great pizzas I've had in my life, but this certainly ranks amongst the BEST. Just my three favorite toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. Everything was damn near perfect. The amount of cheese, the quality of the cheese, the amount of browned cheese, the amount and flavour of sauce, the location of the pepperoni and mushrooms (underneath the cheese, greek style), the golden brown fresh crust. There MAY be a better pizza out there and it MAY be found in Ottawa. Who knows! And who cares? I've found the only pizza I'll order on a regular basis and I ain't wasting time and money trying to find...

Literally the worst sub I ever had! I ordered the baked Donair sub which was not baked whatsoever. In fact, the sub was awfully cold although I ordered in the shop. This is what their item description says: "Donair Meat with Mozzarella, Baked to Perfection and topped with Iceberg, Tomato, Red Onion, and Donair Sauce". In reality: your usual white onions instead of the red ones, there was no mozzarella or any other kind of cheese, the bread was old that it was breaking, the whole sub was cold and it wasn't baked!
