Stopped here on the way to the cottage in the summer. Staff was very friendly. Classic old chip truck with handwritten signs.
The poutine was just okay. Real curds, normal medium consistency gravy. Something about the fries were off though. They were either old and refried to heat or the oil was old. Lots of smaller crunchy pieces too. It was a slow day as no one was there when we arrived on a sunny Saturday afternoon. So my experience could be a one off due to that, and may be a better experience when they are busy.
Small poutine was about 7 dollars and this location is cash only.

Read morePerfect ratio between fries, cheese and gravy. Gravy was beautifully coloured and full of flavour covering every single fry in the container. May I add for only 9 dollars a medium poutine is a lovely meal to fill you and or a date up. Cheese was st alberts so automatically the gold standard for cheese and finally the fries. Fries were perfectly cooked nice and fresh.
