I don't come here much, but i can definitely tell you the effort level is definitely low. My wrap was destroyed before it was put in the wrapper. It took me close to 10 minutes to just get my order the first time before they re-did my wrap, and there was 1 person already waiting for food when i got there. When i returned to have them make it again, the customer after me was also returning his bacon grilled cheese because they didn't give any bacon. Terrible. Of all the locations i go to, this is by far the worst. Thumbs down all the way. And after having eaten the replacement wrap i was convinced i had eaten more tortilla than the contents of the wrap i just ordered. They took the wrap i had returned and wrapped another tortilla around it to hold it together. And very little in the wrap compared to other locations. Not coming back.. Update - They responded with a real "cookie-cutter" type of response. They can't address my complaint with a response from a real person, only a cut and paste response to give that artificially demonstrate a damn given by management. Fake fake fake fake. Read moreGot the worst turkey bacon club ever at this place. When it was handed to me, it look liked "who cares what goes in the bread and how it is shoved in there". It literally looked like someone had thrown the cold cuts into a piece of squished bread from 9 yards away during a contest of who can get it in there in one shot. The lettuce, looked lifeless, mushy, and aged to the point that even a starving cricket would would decline it. This being the best way to describe it while keeping it PG.
The service in this place seems to be done by people who are there against their will and to the least effort possible with the same attitude of a teenager that is grounded until cleaning up her room and doing her bed (just look who is there working).
Sometimes no one is there (in the visible working area). Other times, texting on the phone and chit chatting while the customer waits.
The washroom was deplorable and the stench was epic.

Read moreWent through the drive through this afternoon around 3:15 and ordered an ice capp. Had asked my husband if he wanted anything but he didn't answer in time for me to order at the screen. When I got to the window I checked my phone and he asked for a medium french vanilla so I asked the young man at the window if it was possible to add to my order and instead of answering like a decent human being he stared at me and yelled "WHAT". By the time it took for him to get me my change the french vanilla was ready on the counter beside him. I have never been so thrown off by someone like I was today. I have worked in the sevice industry as a server for almost 10 years now and completely understand that sometimes people have bad days but a simple no sorry would have sufficed.
