Just came back from this location with takeout. The OrlĆ©ans locations consistently disappoints, either they donāt have white rice, or they donāt have steak or vegetables and today they did not have mild salsa !! and apparently none at the back counter either nor any offer to wait a couple minutes to make more. The cashier finally decided to go get some since I made a significant point that it was ridiculous. The other guy at the counter was basically incompetent, dirty counter and the lids under bowl got all dirty, he replaced the lids but placed the bowls all back down on the dirty counter and then I had to repeat 3 times that there was still cheese and lettuce missing on all 4 bowls as he kept going to close the bowls. And then miss marked a bowl as steak when it was chicken. Mistakes are fine ⦠but constant mistakes and constant missing ingredient that are key is unacceptable!! āāā This was from a few months ago ⦠As a family of four we have always all loved Chipotle, locations in Toronto were always consistent and really good. Weāve been many times to the Ottawa Rideau location, and always super good, consistent and no complaints. We were excited to see that one finally opened in Orleans and have been a few times, all not great experiences at all. Wait times are excessive, even after the rush from the opening. Portion sizes are all over the place and the quality is definitely not to standards at all !!! Either thereās no veggies, and have to wait (while the burritos bowl gets cold) , or there was little taste, or very little meat put into the bowl and today at least half of the steak in my burrito bowls and my sonās was completely un-chewable basically just fat ā¦. Things donāt seem to be improving and definitely not up to the standard...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst and foremost, our final meal was decent. However, our experience began poorly. We arrived at the restaurant just as it opened, with about three other couples in front of us. When we reached the counter, 90% of it was empty, except for the warming trays.
Hereās my advice: donāt open the doors until the presentation area is full and your staff looks prepared for the day.
Another issue we encountered was with the lettuce. It was more brown than green, and Iām not sure if it was a preparation error or if it was old lettuce that had rusted. Regardless, it didnāt look appetizing at all.
The staff member who helped us seemed lost, flustered, and angry. When a customer before us asked for a quesadilla, she was told that it was only available for mobile orders. The customer pointed out that it was on the menu above her head and even pointed at it. The staff member insisted that it was only available for mobile orders, and the customer walked away without her food.
We had a different staff member take our order, and since we were a group, I decided to order the quesadilla. This staff member didnāt give me any trouble and made the quesadilla to order. Iām not sure why some staff members refused to make the dish while others did.
When we went to sit at a table, we had to search for an empty table instead of finding one that looked clean. The same was true for the washrooms. We went to the washrooms to wash our hands before eating, and they looked like they hadnāt been cleaned since the restaurant opened.
Overall, this was the most disorganized and unkept Chipotle location Iāve ever been to. Iāll be back in a few months to see if anything...

This Chipotle location is a complete disaster. Iāve been here multiple times trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, but Iām officially done. It feels like they grabbed a random group of people off the street, threw them in aprons, and told them to figure it out. No training, no leadership, no standards ā just pure chaos.
The employees donāt know how to do anything ā they canāt even make a proper burrito. My order is wrong every single time. But worse than that is the sanitation: the place is filthy, nothing is stocked, and the counters are disgusting (see attached photos). One of the staff literally rubbed her finger on my burrito. I asked for brown rice, got white ā not a huge deal, but just another sign of how little anyone cares.
The girl at the register didnāt know how to put in a gift card and had to go ask someone else. No one seemed to know what their role was. It was like watching a group project with no leader and no one willing to step up.
And get this ā last time I was there, the staff couldnāt even figure out how to process a payment, so they just let a customer walk out with their food without paying. Thatās how dysfunctional this place is.
I waited over 30 minutes for food that wasnāt even being made. I left without eating.
Honestly, I could run this place better blindfolded with my arms behind my back. The owners clearly have no idea how to hire or manage a team and should be ashamed of what theyāve created. Avoid this location at all costs ā itās a health hazard and a total...
