Really nice staff. However, fries are middle of the road. Not great. Not bad either. However, portions are smaller than we are accustomed to. So, if you are really hungry you likely need to order 2 items from their menu. Cash only. Prices are high for the quantity they dish out. It was the smallest large fry that I think I have ever had. Let's just say the fries were not falling out of the top either. Portions are just plain small. But, like I said, middle of the road (not bad / not great either).

Helpful sidebar: Nice-looking pies for sale on the same lot though (from the veggie stand). Decent sized assorted fruit pies with a price range of $12 - $13. Sugar pie too.

If you like a real fruit pie that has not been absolutely destroyed by sugar, then try the wild blueberry at $12. So, in the end, the trip to this gravel lot was well worth it (just not from the chip wagon).

Let's just hope the veggie stand continues to sell these nice pies at...

The food was good, but too expensive for what they give in portion sizes. Time wait was okay. We ordered food and I ordered a Large fry and it was $5.25 plus $1.25 for gravy that taste okay. The size of a large fry is the size of a small if you were to go other places which couldn't even feed 2 people and we have 5 people. My 5 year old niece could eat the size we got herself. When you go to others and ask for a large you get a big size to feed at least 3-4 people. Not impressed with it and will not go there again. If people are gonna pay more then at least give bigger portions. Some good places I recommend is Taters in kanata they give huge portion for fries and other stuff. Also Chripsy Chips on hunt club are good. We love the poutines there and...

After a couple of years of living around the corner, we finally had the chance to try out Claude's. Don't get me wrong the service was fast and the fries were excellent. But we were very disappointed with the portion/price. Normally when you order a large fry at a chipstand, you expect to have a tummy ache after eating the whole thing. The fries should be over-flowing from their container.

Unfortunately, that was not the case here. We ordered a large and got a very small portion. I would be afraid to see the size of the medium...

2 stars for quick service, excellent taste, and cold drink. Minus stars because the portion was small and when we asked for ketchup for 2 large fries we were handed 4 small...
