Plenty of parking on side streets. When busy may take a few minutes but not bad at all. I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child. My parents use to buy the banh cuon here when I was younger and it is up until today still my favourite thing on their menu. I don't think they serve it anymore though.

Inside has plenty of seats even though it has been cut down because of covid restrictions. There's a window seat around the window area if you like some sunshine while eating. The decor is what you would expect from any Vietnamese restaurant. Feels very nice and mellow when your eating here.

This place has fantastic value for bang for the buck and the food they make is so tasty! The way the grill the meat and cut it just right so the sauces mix and marinate in real well. It is charred to perfection. One of my favourites is rice with beef, pork and chicken. Their rice dishes are fantastic.

Their fish sauce I also really enjoy which can really make or break rice dishes. I find their fish sauce not over sweet and just perfect. Many restaurants make the sauce way too sweet. It is okay to be extra sweet but it really depends on the dish you serve it with.

They are also known for their subs. Buy 5 and recieve 6th one for free. I also enjoy their banh baos. They have a variety of Asian drinks here also.

It is a family run restaurant for generations, and you can tell they really care about their customers and food quality. The lady and uncle and dad working the front are friendly as you can get and make you feel like you are family. Make sure if you are in the area give this spot a chance, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Thank you for your years worth if great food and more...

We chose this restaurant based on the many 5 star reviews not knowing that they fill take out orders last after they are done with all dine in orders regardless if the dine in order came in first or not. Before we ordered, we asked how long the wait was for our food and the server said it would be 30-40 mins, we agreed to it and said we would walk around the area and to call us when our order was ready. We left our phone number and went on our way. We made our way back to the restaurant 40 mins after we put in the order and it was not ready. By this time, it was getting late and we asked if we could have our order in the restaurant as we had a 14 month old with us and wanted a place to eat quickly since the order was taking longer and we were hungry and tired. The server asked their manager and the manager said it would not be allowed because the restaurant was closing in an hour. However, another customer was just sitting down and they had not even placed their order yet but they were still welcomed to dine in at the very same time we requested to have our takeout order in their restaurant. 1 hour later from the time we put in our order, we finally received our food. This was very disappointing service and the server confirmed with us that take out orders are last priority.

The food was mediocre. The bun bo hue was mainly spicy and not too much roundness in the flavour. The spring rolls were not crunchy. Perhaps the experience of the food was tainted by the horrible service we received. Would not recommend coming here...

Best Pho in Ottawa thus far. 5+!!

If you want a family style restaurant without the cookie cutter Viet taste, this is the place to be. You can taste the care that goes into the dishes served at the restaurant.

The food: 5/5

The pho broth was clean, with deep and rich flavor, and on the sweeter side. The meats were high quality, and the garnish fresh and delicious. By far my most favorite Pho in the city.

The spring rolls were superb. There's great attention to high quality ingredients, and the water chestnuts added a textural layer that was most welcomed.

Service 5/5 It's a more intimate setting and the service is prompt and courteous.

Price 5/5 The pho is under 9 dollars, and as you mix more protein it's a dollar more for the offering. Very reasonably priced and well worth it considering the quality of ingredients.

Overall a superb experience, can't...

Tasty and affordable food, huge portions/good value, friendly and attentive service, clean and comfortable restaurant. My partner and I paid $60 for 2 spring rolls, 2 summer rolls, bun bo hue and a meat and rice dish with extra meat. The summer rolls were pretty standard, but we agreed that the pork and shrimp spring rolls, which were very meaty, were the best spring rolls we had ever tasted. Both main courses were delicious and we both had enough leftovers for dinner the next night. The server was very friendly, attentive and funny. Also, random, but the chairs were pretty comfy!
