Our recent visit to Dairy Queen left us with an impression worth sharing. Despite a bustling atmosphere upon arrival, the efficiency of the staff caught my attention. Although the line moved slower than expected, the sight of numerous employees bustling in the kitchen hinted at the dedication to quality behind the scenes.

Our experience took a delightful turn when Maya, our server, stepped in. Despite the chaos around her, Maya greeted us promptly and guided us through the menu with genuine warmth. Though we had already dined elsewhere, her recommendations were too tempting to resist. Opting for a classic banana split and a Blizzard, we eagerly awaited our treats.

And oh, were they worth the wait! The banana split was a symphony of flavors, each component perfectly complementing the other. Meanwhile, the Blizzard, a staple of Dairy Queen's menu, exceeded expectations with its creamy texture and generous mix-ins.

Yet, what truly set this visit apart was the exceptional service provided by Maya. Her attentiveness, coupled with her genuine enthusiasm for the menu, elevated our experience to new heights. If I could, I'd give Maya more than five stars for her impeccable service alone.

After a fun-filled day exploring the farm, our kids got to enjoy some delicious ice cream right on site — and let me tell you, they absolutely loved it! Watching them sit down with big smiles, savoring every bite, was such a heartwarming moment. The ice cream was rich, creamy, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients — the perfect treat on a warm day after running around the fields and visiting the animals.

Each of them picked their favorite flavor, and it was so fun to see their faces light up with joy — you could just tell how much they were enjoying it. It wasn’t just about the ice cream itself, but the whole experience: sitting outside in the fresh air, relaxing in a family-friendly environment, and creating sweet memories together.

I went to this Dairy Queen this evening with my partner. We were there for over 30 minutes from standing in line to leaving right after receiving our ice cream. Not only did we have to wait forever to get our ice cream it was wrong. A customer who ordered after us took our ice cream order and when I tried to say something I was ignored. Then 2 more customers who ordered after us got their ice creams and ours were forgotten. When something was said they offered to make them right away however they came out wrong. My partner ordered a small and received a mini and my flavour was wrong. Was very disappointed in the wait time along with the staff not seeming to care about the wait time and that the fact our order was taken from someone. There was no offer for our money back or larger size blizzard. Instead I paid more to get less blizzard as they decreased the size from what we actually ordered and paid for.
