These guys are cheap and selfish. I ordered a single large pepperoni pizza ahead of time for pickup. Half sauce half no sauce because someone has a sensitive stomach. Simple request. Problem was... When I got the pizza there was so little cheese that you could see the crust all the way to the centre of the pizza. There was so little cheese the little flakes that we're on it were burnt and super crispy. I don't know how you can mess up such a simple pizza but I figured hey it happens they we're probably busy...
Let's just say always open the box before leaving... I unfortunately did not.
They closed at 11pm. I ordered at 10 pm. Gave them a fare time frame trying to be thoughtful. I noticed on the way home that the pizza was in this condition and called them right away to say that someone definitely screwed up. We were almost home. I wasn't going to drive back and it was also almost closing time for them and I didn't want to make them drive me out a new pizza either. I asked if it would be cool if I just got a new pizza next time because this one was drier than a desert and was like eating literally just a piece of crust all the way through for the most part. No exaggeration. All I could taste was dough.
Silly me... turns out the guy has a super heavy accent and when I thought he said he would refund me the pizza for next time I miss understood. So I call back the next day to inquire. They remembered me. But turns out all he said was, and I quote "Sir, I did not say I would make you a free pizza next time, I said I make you perfect Pizza next time".
They would not refund me!!! They said "sorry we can't do that..." Even though they sold me a loaf of dry bread and not a pizza they think that I'll go back there and pay full price for another Pizza? These guys are rediculous. They sound polite but they are two faced. I have read a few other reveiws and they obviously don't give you what you pay for. They might as well have given me a box with a shoe in it.
If you can't make a simple pizza or even remember/admitting doing so 5 minutes later, or even have the awareness to realize what you are doing when making the pizza, then what else are these guys not doing right?
Is the food even being stored probably, do they even clean things properly? How long before I get sick because they were too cheap to throw out expired ingredients!?!?
There lack of attention or care seriously concerns me.
These guys are not very good people. I was trying to be nice to them and they would not honor anything and stone walled me.
Don't buy pizza here waste of money and you are supporting jerks.

However, this pizza was delivered in the worst condition. First, the pizza was delivered more than 35 minutes after the deliveryman left the store. The pizza's box was bent and moistened by the heat of the pizza. And, normally, there is a seal indicating that it is unopened, but this time there was not a seal. The store told me that the seals were out of stock. I understand that, but the problem is the condition of the pizza. Probably the delivery was poor and the pizza wasn't clean. I lost my mind to eat. The taste was also unpleasant and was not of a quality that could be provided to customers. I'm not sure if the pizza has changed, but I definitely think the quality of the pizza has deteriorated due to poor delivery. I was really disappointed. I hope that the store will not deteriorate the quality of my favorite Domino's Pizza, for I would like you to use this experience to improve the service of the store and the satisfaction of customers.

Additional Info As you can see by comparing the pictures, the size of the pizza and the amount of cheese are clearly different. Definitely the people who make pizza have changed. When I called the store, he said he was doing a double check, so it may be that the store acknowledges the quality of this pizza. So the store didn't exchange the pizza. I never admit the quality of this Domino's Pizza. This is not a real Domino's Pizza. I think it is highly possible that the manager of this store has changed since October. Also, after eating the pizza, my stomach has got sick. If you get a pizza of a different quality than usual, never eat it.

I ordered an Alfredo base, which I've gotten several times from Domino's, so I know what to expect. This pizza was completely dry, and when I called the local branch (this store I'm reviewing) they kept saying they'll do better next time, whatever thats supposed to mean in a practical sense in a busy day at a pizza restaurant. I didn't see how that helped. I had to ask for a replacement unprompted and I was told that I'd have to pick it up myself if I wanted it because all drivers are busy. No option for a later delivery time was given. I was offered a medium pizza, which is not the size of item that I am having an issue with. I'll bet it's a 1 topping too, which is substantially less than a 4 topping - this is only my assumption of course. I am slightly satisified be offered a free medium pizza to compensate, but it should be a replacement of the problem item, not a cost-efficient band aid.
