Famous Wok - Place d'Orléans Shopping Centre — Restaurant in Ottawa

It was my first time trying the place. The staff was very unfriendly. I asked to get a Combo A $13.99 with Noodle & Black Pepper beef. I simply said to get less veggies and the staff said " I cannot choose what I can do and this is how it comes " in a very rude way and rushing to get the next order. They simply put 3 pieces of small beef and veggies even tho I indicated that I don't want veggies. They're super greedy on their portions compare to Shangai 360. I will never come back to this place again.

Quick note to the management ; You will lose more customers this way and you won't save money by using half...

I was at famous wok in the Orleans shopping centre today I specifically asked the woman behind the counter before I ordered can I refill my drink she said yes but I went back after to get a refill. she asked the other woman in the kitchen she said she can’t because of Covid that they are unable to do so when I know full well that AW gives refills terrible customer treatment . Maybe they are famous for lying to people...

Can you explain why your chicken taste like shrimp ? It’s a very very simple fix but your cooks are clearly lazy and use the same pan to cook everything Disgusting I could fill a school bus with the amount of people that agree on this
