We have been ordering from this location quite a lot recently and never had any issues. Tonight was a complete disaster! Ordered a medium dragon boat and it looked a $5.00 rushed pizza. Dough was not cooked properly and wet. Wrong cheese added and complete overkill. The toppings appeared dried out and old. The pizza fell apart and was inedible. Nothing like the Dragon boat we usually order. Then my daughter bit into a chicken wing and they were not cooked, partially frozen. Had to wait on hold for customer service for 20 minutes before being asked to send pictures. Sent new order and chicken was cooked but again same issue with the pizza. It looked like a small, which was cooked too long and then sprinkled with parmesan cheese. We should have been offered a reimbursement instead and were not given a choice. I called back and was told this would be sent to the owner. For $45.00 I feel like we were robbed tonight. If you have to order from this location do not on a Sunday! Very...
Read moreUpdating my review. Previous review: 1 star and a negative review because the pizza was messed up
New edit: 5 star. I was recently diagnosed with celiac's (gluten intolerance) and am therefore unable to eat regular crust pizza. However, I was extremely satisfied after my recent visit.
I walked in and before I started speculating what I was going to get for my family I was offered an amazing deal: A large pizza for the price of a medium. Well that's a no brainer. I let my brother pick what we're getting and I pay. We waited for probably about 15 minutes and the pizza was ready. Now I'm already happy by the speed and the deal that I got but apparently that wasnt enough. The owner comes pops his head through the half wall and apologizes for the delay (???) and tells me to grab a 2L bottle of whatever I wanted, FREE. I have no clue if this was just luck but damn, this was an amazing experience even if I couldnt eat the pizza.
Highly recommend going there. Absolutely...

A group of high school kids came in and another 4 people separately. The students all bought a slice of pizza each and left. I noticed one student didn't buy a piece. When my pizza was ready I also ordered a slice, I mentioned I was buying it for one of the students. The owner graciously gave me the slice of pizza and said "he usually gives the students free slices if they can't buy one." The owner apologized for not noticing the student. With the crowd it was easy to see how the student was overlooked. The owner asked if I see the student, please give him the slice. I saw the students further up Trimm, I pulled over, gave him his slice.. "compliments of GABRIEL'S" I said. His expression was one of gratitude, then he enthusiastically said "thank you"...that experience put a smile on both...
